I went in a few days in a row trying out guitars (With some difficulty as you have to ask for each guitar, and they get less friendly with each guitar you try.) and was ready to buy one but I felt so insulted I couldn’t bring my self to give them a penny. Probably going to have to go back though because they’re the only ones in town.

As soon as we entered the place it was clear that the employees had no interest in us whatsoever. My dad and I asked to play one of the guitars (a very common thing to do at any music store) and the man who worked there hovered over us and seemed annoyed with us for no reason. We were very polite and clearly were not there to mess around with the instruments. We were playing a beautiful white Telecaster that my dad and I were both very interested in (we even briefly considered buying it). When we finished playing it my dad went to unplug the guitar and the employee very rudely yelled "No!" at him. Overall I am very disappointed about how we were treated at the place. It is sad because I would love to bring home a new guitar from Firenze, but I now have ZERO desire to give these people my business.

I	Ike B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in looking for a couple of things and noticed a couple of cheap guitars(100-200$) I began to play, being an intermediate guitar player I own more expensive guitars than the ones I was playing. The guy comes over and said no play guitar and pointed to a sign in the far corner that was barely visible that read. “Ask to play Guitar” so I apologized and then proceeded to ask to try one. He asked me if I was going to buy one, I was not there to buy a guitar but was there to buy other things. He told me “no pay, no play”. I was pissed off and went to the piano section in another room as I play piano as well. The man in this room was nicer but would not let me go anywhere near the expensive pianos. Then the guy from before came over and told me 5 min of playing only if I wasn’t going to buy. Keep in mind there are like 2 other costumers in the store and at least 8 pianos on display. I proceeded to tell him he is doing a horrible job at running a store, his customer service is horrible and I told him that he lost a customer. He basically politely told me to fu*k off and leave the store. Overall the prices were not that good but they did have a big selection. Not a good experience, would not recommend it.
W	Will Potere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have shopped here a few times and the service has been good. There are rules when handling the instruments and it is best to ask first. I have never had them say no to me handling them. They have a large selection of top brand items and I would highly recommend stopping by if you are looking for something musical.

I came from the USA and fell in love with a guitar they had, played it for a while in the store and decided to purchase it. Lorenzo was very helpful with the purchase and shipping back to the USA. Thanks! Great experience. I hope that I will get a chance to go there again in my life time.

The store is like heaven for anyone in the market for any musical gear. The inside is huge and the range of products vast. The store was very well stocked and laid out and one of the best I have had the pleasure of shopping at.
