★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doveva arrivarmi un pacco tramite corriere Hermes, ma non essendo in casa al momento della consegna, sono dovuto andare a ritirarlo all'indirizzo indicatomi: Via Valtiera 7/A, Calderara di Reno.
Segnalo quindi che il punto segnalato su maps È giusto, ma il civico no, in quanto non ho idea di dove sia il 2, ma in quell'esatto punto c'è un cortiletto per le macchine con un capannone.
Dentro il capannone però non c'è un vero e proprio centro Hermes, bensì un piccolo magazzino Nexive con una scrivania.
Se doveste recarvi a questo indirizzo, tenete gli occhi aperti, che il posto è poco visibile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenza e maleducazione del personale al centralino senza parlare dei fattorini che si inventano consegne mai avvenute e indirizzi errati laddove altri corrieri non hanno problemi nelle consegne. Cambiate mestiere.
Incompetence and rudeness of the staff at the switchboard without mentioning the messengers who invent deliveries that never took place and wrong addresses where other couriers have no problems in delivering. Change jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E come al solito viene detto che il destinatario non era a casa quando invece siamo TUTTI a casa per cassa integrazione e sapendo che comunque arriva il pacco come detto tramite mail!!!oltrettutto con le scuole chiuse anche mia figlia a casa!!!
And as usual it is said that the recipient was not at home when instead we are ALL at home for layoffs and knowing that the package arrives anyway as said by email !!! plus with the schools closed even my daughter at home !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in un pacco che è arrivato nel loro magazzino ho aspettato una settimana per riceverlo e alla fine sono andato da loro a prenderlo. i ragazzi sono gentili, probabilmente all'inizio e non sono organizzati. il mio pacco ha fatto 2 giorni Roma-Bologna e rimaso bloccato a loro magazzino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è anche troppo, sono una massa di incompetenti, dovevano ritirare un pacco dalla mia abitazione giovedì 21 maggio, ho chiamato il call center, che risponde dall'Albania, il venerdì 22, il quale mi ha risposto che il ritiro era slittato alla data del 22, ma del corriere neanche l'ombra. ho richiamato oggi, 26 maggio , e mi hanno risposto dicendo che il corriere non è riuscito a trovare l'indirizzo di casa e che loro non si informano chiamando il cliente. Incompetenti!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE I SPEAKED NOW WITH ITALIAN POST ASSISTANCE: NEXIVE IS DEFINITELY FAILED. OF THE SERIES LEAVE EVERY HOPE OR YOU WHO ENTER. I HAVE STOLEN A RECOMMENDATION IN MARCH CONTAINING A VALUABLE ITEM. THE ADVICE THAT THEY GAVE ME IS TO REPORT DIRECTLY TO THE CARABINIERI. AND FOR NOW THAT'S ALL ....
