V	Valentina Baffi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. 2 pacchi su 3 non vengono consegnati in tempo, a fine giornata viene mandato l'avviso che "non è stato possibile rintracciarla" dando la colpa al cliente, quando invece il corriere non è proprio passato. Provando a chiamare il numero di telefono si viene messi in attesa per tempi infiniti (L'ultima volta ho aspettato mezz'ora e poi mi sono arresa) e spesso non rispondo per niente. Veramente poco affidabili e poco professionali. Bad service. 2 out of 3 parcels are not delivered on time, at the end of the day the notice is sent that "it was not possible to trace it" blaming the customer, when the courier has not really passed. Trying to call the phone number is put on hold for infinite times (last time I waited half an hour and then I gave up) and often I don't answer at all. Really unreliable and unprofessional.

É da una vita che vivo al mio indirizzo, potevate almeno chiamarmi al numero che ho lasciato se avevate difficoltà con la localizzazione della via. Delusione totale, pensavo che SDA era il peggio ma qua siamo a livelli ben peggiori. Non ho pagato la spedizione per farmi poi 50 km per andare a prende il pacco in magazzino.... Ho aspettato fino a questo momento (18:30) e non solo non si è presentato nessuno ma non ho neanche ricevuto nessun tipo di messaggio, nessuna notifica di mancata consegna. Ho chiamato per ben tre volte, essendo la merce molto importante, la prima volta mi è stato detto che sarebbe passato entro mezz'ora e poi hanno smesso di rispondere! Ogni insulto sarebbe un eufemismo di fronte al disagio che mi hanno arrecato! Da oggi prima di acquistare chiederò al fornitore a quale corriere faranno affidamento e se la risposta è BRT starò ben alla larga! Vergognosi! Ottimo anche il servizio di tracciabilità. Ho chiamato il loro call center per informazioni, sono stati molto gentili e professionali. Ottimo corriere. Chiami e ti dicono che doveva essere confermato, confermi per il giorno seguente ma il ritiro non avviene. C	Claudia Dei fiori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spediti due pacchi il 10 dicembre, l'11 arrivano in sede a Crespellano e al cliente consegnano un solo pacco perchè, dopo aver suonato al citofono il corriere neanche attende, ma scappa via. Del pacco sparito a tutt'oggi non danno notizie, non rispandono e al cliente recatosi da loro in sede, dicono che sicuramente siamo noi che non abbiamo spedito, malgrado tracking dimostri il contrario. Il cliente ha giustamente sporto denuncia e se non risolvono lo faremo anche noi. R	Roberta Piretti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata presso la sede Bartolini perché ho avuto un problema con una spedizione con Packlink(ci tengo a precisarlo perché brt non ha nessuna colpa) e ho trovato tanta disponibilità e gentilezza da parte del personale all'interno dell'ufficio. Una nota di merito a Barbara che si è presa a cuore la mia situazione ed è riuscita a risolverla e ad Elisa(conosciuta solo per telefono)che ha mostrato professionalità e competenza. Grazie mille. Un consiglio a tutti:se avete bisogno di spedire un pacco rivolgetevi direttamente a Bartolini e lasciate perdere Packlink (più seri più veloci e soprattutto meno cari) I went to the Bartolini office because I had a problem with a shipment with Packlink (I want to specify this because brt has no fault) and I found a lot of helpfulness and kindness from the staff inside the office.
