F	Fabrizio Battaglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una settimana il pacco era ancora in sede TNT ,2 gg x arrivare dalla Turchia e 7 gg fermo con ripetuti messaggi, tanto che ho deciso di andare personalmente a prenderlo. After a week the package was still in the TNT headquarters, 2 days to arrive from Turkey and 7 days stopped with repeated messages, so much so that I decided to go and pick it up personally.

Chi lavora così,senza rispetto per il lavoro altrui e senza passione, è giusto che fallisca e faccia la fame! Due settimane fa sono dovuto venire io a Bologna per prendermi un pacco e oggi sono tre giorni che mi dite di dover passare e non viene nessuno... vergogna! Pitiful in the service, pitiful the call center, the worst of the worst, they never contradict themselves! Those who work like this, without respect for the work of others and without passion, it is right that they fail and go hungry! Two weeks ago I had to come to Bologna to get a package and today you have been telling me for three days that you have to go and nobody comes ... shame!
R	Rino Gaetano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza conclusa oggi: 2 pacchi urgenti recapitati due settimane dopo, per un ritardo totale di quasi un mese. Al centralino una ragazza dell'assistenza Fedex crede di prendermi in giro dicendomi che il pacco era lì in attesa da giorni ed io non andavo a ritirarlo. Le faccio notare che oltre alla mancanza della comunicazione di avvenuto arrivo al fermo deposito, il tracking lo segnalava ancora come "in transito". Ritorniamo alla DHL, protagonista indiscussa delle spedizioni. Bad experience ended today: 2 urgent packages delivered two weeks later, for a total delay of almost a month. At the switchboard a girl from the Fedex assistance thinks she is making fun of me by telling me that the package was waiting there for days and I was not going to collect it. I would like to point out that in addition to the lack of notification of arrival at the warehouse stop, the tracking still indicated it as "in transit". Let's go back to DHL, the undisputed protagonist of shipments.

Detto ciò dico anche che TNT è stata e in parte lo è ancora oggi, una grande azienda sfruttatrice dando in appalto a cooperative e con quest' ultima parola ( cooperativa) ho detto tutto. La TNT è stata acquistata da almeno 3/4 anni da FedEx e tutti noi diverse speriamo tanto che non adotti anche lei il metodo TNT sfruttando chi ci lavora che fino a qualche anno fa non avevamo, TFR,malattia, 13^ ferie pagate, insomma nulla di nulla. Ora le cose sono cambiate ma, se FedEx vorrà eliminare del tutto i problemi degli scioperi dovrà eliminare le cooperative che è un cancro nel tessuto lavorativo I work there and this is not why I say that we are among the best couriers in the world.
