g	guccio10 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda che per loro fortuna hanno "l'esclusiva" su certi tipo di impianti e alla quale ho dovuto chiedere assistenza, quando quest'ultima basterebbe cercarla in città limitrofe. Io vi consiglio di chiedere specificatamente il tariffario e fare moltissima attenzione a tutto ciò che firmate senza prendere sotto gamba contratti poco chiari e confusionari. Arrivano a chiedervi anche 270 euro per un'assistenza di 20 minuti senza nemmeno mettere mano al macchinario..Roba da matti!!! Fortunately for them, they have "exclusivity" on certain types of systems and to which I had to ask for assistance, when it would be enough to look for it in neighboring cities. Si presentano alle 9 e constatano che il condizionatore é da ricaricare con il gas, gas che purtroppo risulta essere di una tipologia non più presente in commercio, quindi si limitano a suggerirmi o di reperirlo su Amazon o di cambiare l’intero impianto. “Consulenza” svoltasi dalle 9:00 alle 9:04, senza minimamente risolvere il problema, alla MODICA cifra di euro 104,50. Per tre minuti di chiamiamolo “lavoro”. Ora, che esista il costo della chiamata del tecnico,a prescindere dalla risoluzione o meno del problema, é perfettamente normale, ma chiedere una cifra del genere per un intervento di quattro minuti a tre minuti di macchina é profondamente scorretto. Accettano ordini telefonici pur sapendo perfettamente di non poter eseguire l'intervento (nella fattispecie l'ufficio commerciale interno diceva di poter bypassare termostato del climatizzatore). Inviano a seguire un loro tecnico a casa il quale, senza essere avvisato preventivamente dell'intervento da eseguire, si rende conto immediatamente di aver fatto viaggio a vuoto (in quanto intervento tecnicamente impossibile), contatta l'ufficio interno per denunciare l'imbroglio, non esegue l'intervento, si scusa con noi e senza lasciare nessun documento da firmare se ne va mortificato. Ma qui viene il bello... Mesi dopo ci viene intimato, tramite lettera del loro legale recupero credito, di pagare intervento (126 eur +iva). Naturalmente il costo di un legale per dare risposta e pretendere di avere anche solo un documento che attesti l’intervento (fittizio) sarebbe maggiore del debito stesso… Ecco spiegato il metodo adoperato per far cassa di ITALCLIMA SERVICE del rag. !!! ATTENTION !!! Dangerous and scam service provider. They accept telephone orders even though they know perfectly well that they cannot carry out the intervention (in this case the internal sales office said they could bypass the air conditioning thermostat). They send one of their technicians to follow them at home who, without being notified in advance of the intervention to be performed, immediately realizes that he has made an empty trip (as it is technically impossible), contacts the internal office to report the cheat, he does not perform the intervention, he apologizes to us and without leaving any documents to sign he goes away mortified. But here comes the beauty ... Months later we are told, through a letter from their legal credit recovery, to pay for the intervention (126 euros + VAT). Of course, the cost of a lawyer to respond and claim to have even just a document certifying the (fictitious) intervention would be greater than the debt itself ... G	Giulia Foschi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confermo l'assoluta mancanza di professionalità e correttezza di questa azienda, alla quale sconsiglio caldamente a chiunque di rivolgersi, come ben si evince da alcune delle recensioni precedenti. Il metodo è sempre lo stesso: mandano a casa un tecnico a prescindere dalla richiesta e quando, come spesso accade, alla richiesta non segue un intervento perché non attuabile, viene preteso il pagamento. Naturalmente parliamo di casi in cui i responsabili potrebbero comunicare telefonicamente l'impossibilità di adempiere alla richiesta... ma non è così che si macinano soldi senza lavorare. E quanti soldi! Personalmente, sono stata costretta per vie legali a pagare 150 euro per quattro parole di un (incolpevole) tecnico: "non si può fare". Non si poteva, cioè, cambiare un'impostazione del condizionatore come da me - che ovviamente non so nulla di condizionatori - ipotizzato. Si suppone che chi opera nel settore sia invece in grado di distinguere una richiesta sensata da una che non lo è affatto. Io, come credo tanti, non posso pagare un avvocato per controbattere: spenderei più della cifra richiesta. Così, è facile intuire come si conclude la vicenda. Sinceri complimenti. I confirm the absolute lack of professionalism and fairness of this company, to which I strongly advise against anyone to contact, as can be seen from some of the previous reviews. The method is always the same: they send a technician home regardless of the request and when, as often happens, the request is not followed by an intervention because it is not feasible, payment is demanded. Of course we are talking about cases in which the managers could communicate by telephone the impossibility of fulfilling the request ... but this is not how you grind money without working. And how much money! Personally, I was legally forced to pay 150 euros for four words from a (innocent) technician: "it can't be done". That is, you could not change a setting of the air conditioner like me - who obviously know nothing about air conditioners - assumed. On the other hand, it is assumed that those working in the sector are able to distinguish a sensible request from one that is not at all. I, like many believe, cannot pay a lawyer to argue: I would spend more than the required amount. Thus, it is easy to understand how the story ends. Sincere congratulations.

Non fanno il lavoro per cui pretendono di essere pagati e il contratto di manutenzione è un assoluto capestro. Ho speso in meno di un anno più di 700 euro per una presunta manutenzione per poi dovere cambiare l'impianto a fronte di un loro preventivo lunare di sostituzione. Evitateli!!! Stay away !!!! They are very expensive, inefficient and very little available. They don't do the job they claim to be paid for and the maintenance contract is an absolute halter. In less than a year I spent more than 700 euros for an alleged maintenance and then had to change the system in the face of their replacement lunar estimate. Avoid them !!!

Come gia' letto nei precedenti commenti,per un intervento di un 1 minuto chiedono 100euro..poi dopo mesi solita lettera dal loro avvocato che intima di pagare altri interventi mai effettuati. Scorretti, disonesti e truffaldini. Non si lavora cosi..a fate attenzione se firmate qualcosa perche' la truffa e' dietro l'angolo They are absolutely thieves! I strongly advise against them! As already read in the previous comments, for a 1 minute intervention they ask for 100 euros .. then after months the usual letter from their lawyer asking to pay other interventions never carried out. Unfair, dishonest and swindlers. It doesn't work like this .. be careful if you sign something because the scam is around the corner
