T	Tindaro Verdone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono degli incapaci, dicono di aver tentato la consegna per più volte, chiamo per concordare una nuova consegna e gli do il n. di cellulare così il corriere può chiamarmi per effettuare una nuova consegna, all'indomani non passa nessuno, controllo la tracciatura e con dispiacere scopro che il pacco l'hanno rispedito al mittente dicendo alle 8:24 di mattina non c'era non c'era nessuno in casa, io sono stato in casa ad aspettare e nessuno è passato e nessuno mi ha chiamato al telefono!!Richiamo alla loro sede e nessuna risposta, VERGOGNA, Corriere assolutamente da evitare!!!!! Posso affermare che a messina e nel mio caso il servizio ha funzionato pagando anche meno rispetto agl' altri. Mi sento di consigliare la spedizione con nexive!! Alla fine al centralino un operatore è stato molto scortese. La sede centrale che non prende provvedimenti ancora più scadenti abbiamo sollecitato da settimane... Presenteremo denuncia per appropriazione. Altrimenti starei ancora ad aspettare la loro modifica continua alla data di consegna per la scarsa volontà di raggiungere il luogo di destinazione. Inoltre, dopo aver contattato la sede, affermano di aver tentato la consegna in uno dei giorni stabiliti (giovedì) quando in realtà non era stato fatto ed oltre a non aver visto nessuno non sono mai stata contattata. Due minuti dopo cercano di arrampicarsi sugli specchi, dicendo che la zona è servita di lunedì (smentendo quanto affermato prima), e garantendo la consegna entro le 18. Incompetenti è dire poco: mi viene anche detto che non possono farmi nulla, del resto a cosa serve pagare per un servizio?? L'unica nota positiva posso darla al corriere con cui sono riuscita ad accordarmi ed ha risolto il mio problema. Per il resto non mi vedranno più! Bad experience !! Il signore mi risponde con un "Ah lassopra? si vabbè vediamo se domani riusciamo a consegnare". Morale della favola, 3 giorni dopo la chiamata io ancora non ho visto il mio pacco. Vai lì e ti dicono che il pacco sarebbe arrivato tra un paio di giorni quando il pacco già lo hanno in deposito. Farei chiudere tutta l'agenzia. Pessimo persino il centralino principale. Very bad service. Calling is useless because no one answers you. They do not deliver on the appointed day.
