★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ufficio postale con una direttrice scorretta e arrogante ,consulente finanziario che pur di fare un contratto assicurativo non si fa scrupolo di prendere in giro e imbrogliare una povera anziana che ha problemi di udito .Operatore di sportello educato e preparato.Consoglio per Poste Italiane Rimuovere la Direttrice e il Consulente Finanziario sono a mio parere inadeguati.
Post office with an incorrect and arrogant manager, a financial consultant who, in order to make an insurance contract, has no qualms about making fun of and cheating a poor old woman who has hearing problems. Polite and prepared counter operator. Advice for Poste Italiane Remove the Director and Financial Advisor are in my opinion inadequate.
