Oltre ad assicurare l'oggetto avevo deciso, con un supplemento di euro 5, di farlo imballare da loro. C’è stato un problema creato dallo spedizioniere olandese , ma l’ufficio di Messina ha preso in carico il problema e sebbene senza colpe ha rimborsato la metà della cifra pagata . Dovevo spedire diversi pacchi in Svizzera e avevo difficoltà con la dichiarazione alla dogana. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e mi ha aiutato a compilare tutto, e ho risparmiato ad inviare i pacchi contemporaneamente, che oltretutto vengono imballati ulteriormente con la loro pellicola e offrono un servizio di tracciatura fino alla consegna! vorrei averci pensato subito, consigliatissimo! Il pacco è partito lo stesso giorno con Fedex, e risulta fermo a Somma Lombarda da 02/12/21 e fino al 15/12/21. Assurdo !!!!!!! Chiederò i danni perchè il pacco non arriverà per Natale e la MBE di Messina non è in condizioni di spiegarmi perchè è fermo da 15 giorni. Assenza totale di professionalità I delivered my package to Grillo's MBE Messina Kerria Office on 11/30/21 for delivery to my daughter in Tenerife Canary Islands before Christmas. The package left the same day with Fedex, and is still in Somma Lombarda from 02/12/21 and until 15/12/21. Absurd !!!!!!! I will ask for damages because the package will not arrive for Christmas and the MBE of Messina is not in a position to explain to me why it has been stopped for 15 days.
