Segnalo la situazione sperando in un servizio migliore. Grazie. All the bills of my neighbors always in my mailbox and this happens punctually every time mail is delivered by Nexive. Fattorino ripreso da telecamera.....io mi sotterrerei se fossi in lui e nell'azienda che rappresenta. Mai più nemmno una spedizione con questa compagnia. Notice not completed and thrown on the ground without even ringing the intercom while I was at home. Delivery man filmed ..... I would bury myself if I were him and the company he represents. Never again an expedition with this company.
A	Artea71 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho inviato e ricevuto centinaia di pacchi con corrieri esteri e non, ma questa con Nexive è in assoluto la peggiore esperienza con un corriere in tutti i sensi! Il pacco speditomi il 15 giugno, che avrebbe dovuto percorrere 400 km ca. e con arrivo previsto entro il 19/6, neppure Nexive sa più dire che fine abbia fatto (siamo al 6 agosto). Nelle miriadi di chiamate all'inutile call center, o ai mille messaggi tramite il sito Nexive, o anche su messenger non sanno dare spiegazioni e si contraddicono penosamente. Danno appuntamenti sempre disattesi, rispondono fischi per fiaschi, s'inventano un falso "fermo deposito" da parte del mittente, così come di avere un indirizzo incompleto, mandano e-mail deliranti in cui dicono di aver consegnato il pacco, ma poi si smentiscono da soli su tutto, e nel loro sito scrivono che il pacco è in consegna al mittente, e lo è da metà luglio! Inqualificabili! P.S. Purtroppo non si può mettere meno di una stella... I have sent and received hundreds of packages with foreign and non-foreign couriers, but this with Nexive is by far the worst experience with a courier in every sense! The parcel sent to me on June 15, which should have traveled 400 km approx. and with arrival expected by 19/6, not even Nexive can say what happened anymore (we are on August 6). In the myriad calls to the useless call center, or to the thousands of messages through the Nexive site, or even on messengers, they do not know how to give explanations and they contradict each other painfully. They always give unfulfilled appointments, answer whistles for flasks, invent a false "hold deposit" by the sender, as well as having an incomplete address, send delusional e-mails in which they say they have delivered the package, but then they deny themselves on their own about everything, and on their website they write that the package is being delivered to the sender, and it has been since mid-July! Unspeakable! P.S. Unfortunately you can't put less than one star ...
R	Rosa Rosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bolletta del gas mai pervenuta,sollecito e raccomandata idem.Il gestore stacca il gas in pieno inverno e scarica la patata bollente al corriere,il quale,dichiara che aveva indicato indirizzo sconosciuto e reso la raccomandata al mittente. Totale 3 gg senza gas e nessun colpevole ,ovviamente ho cambiato immediatamente gestore, al corriere se potessi,meno di una stella. gas bill never received, prompt and recommended ditto. The manager disconnects the gas in the middle of winter and unloads the hot potato to the courier, who declares that he had indicated * unknown address * and made the registered letter to the sender. Total 3 days without gas and no culprit, of course I immediately changed the manager, to the courier if I could, less than a star.

M	Marco Giazzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima gestione, il corriere doveva consegnaree una raccomandata a mio padre, ma non ha atteso che mio padre arrivasse al portone del condominio e ha lasciato l'avviso di giacenza nella buca delle lettere. Ovviamente non fano il secondo giro di consegna e occorre andare fuori città a ritirarla. Assistenza telefonica pessima e non offre vere alternative.
