★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovrebbero stare attenti a quale pullman noleggiano...l ultima volta era un pullman da denuncia molto inaffidabile che ripetutamente ha dato problemi durante i viaggi. Ci tengo a precisare che i pullman non sono di proprietà di Nuova idea srl ma che quest ultima li noleggi
They should be careful about which bus they rent ... the last time was a very unreliable report bus that repeatedly caused problems during travel. I want to clarify that the buses are not owned by Nuova Idea srl but that the latter hires them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente inaffidabile... avevamo prenotato un viaggio per i primi di un certo mese... a pochi giorni dalla partenza siamo stati contattati per comunicarci che non era più prevista la partenza dalla nostra città. Spostiamo le date su loro proposta chiedendo rassicurazioni e conferme che questa volta si partirà da dove noi selezionato... Spostiamo le date delle ferie a lavoro... riorganizziamo tutto quanto... ma ecco che, a pochi giorni dalla partenza, nuovamente veniamo contattati... neanche stavolta sarà prevista la partenza dalla nostra città... il tutto è stato davvero poco serio... mi spiace aver dato una fiducia non meritata!
Absolutely unreliable ... we had booked a trip for the first of a certain month ... a few days before departure we were contacted to inform us that the departure from our city was no longer scheduled. We move the dates on their proposal asking for reassurance and confirmations that this time we will start from where we selected ... We move the dates of the holidays to work ... we reorganize everything ... but here, a few days before departure, we come again contacted ... not even this time there will be a departure from our city ... everything was really not serious ... I'm sorry to have given undeserved trust!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provato per la prima e ultima volta un viaggio con nuova idea:
1)Hotel qualità scadente (aria condizionata assente;
2)Supporto ai celiaci preso alla leggera (comunicato alla prenotazione la presenza di persone celiache ma nessuno sapeva nulla arrivati in albergo);
3)Piatti poveri e scarsi;
(la colazione lasciava a desiderare e per celiaci non c'era nulla).
4)Personale di Nuova idea poco cortese sopratutto con i giovani.
L'unica nota positiva sono: l'autobus e gli autisti.
Tried for the first and last time a trip with a new idea:
1) Poor quality hotel (no air conditioning;
2) Support for celiacs taken lightly (at the time of booking, the presence of celiacs was communicated but nobody knew anything arrived at the hotel);
3) Poor and poor dishes;
(breakfast left something to be desired and there was nothing for celiacs).
4) New idea staff with little courage especially with young people.
The only positive note is: the bus and the drivers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovata bene. Il viaggio è stato spostato da loro di data perché come dicono sono gite di gruppo e avvertono prima, non capisco chi da 1 stella per questo motivo. Ottimi gli accompagnatori e anche i ragazzi al telefono!! Gita a Capri meravigliosa e la fascia cervicale è magica!
I had a good time. The trip has been moved from them to date because as they say they are group tours and warn before, I don't understand who gives 1 star for this reason. Excellent companions and also the guys on the phone !! Wonderful trip to Capri and the cervical band is magical!
