Nessuno sconto , non mi è piaciuto il loro modo di approcciare
 They do not have courtesy rooms available, we had to pay the room on another day only to take a shower !!
No discount, I didn't like their approach

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel meraviglioso in riva al mare, camere con vista mare. Tramonti meravigliosi. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili a qualsiasi ora e sempre con un sorriso. Tutto il personale dell'hotel cordiale e professionale. Stanze sempre pulite, colazione ottima in riva al mare. Un paradiso, consigliatissimo. "Benvenuti al Sud", non potevano trovare titolo migliore per il film girato in questa località
Wonderful hotel by the sea, rooms with a sea view. Wonderful sunsets. Owners very kind and available at any time and always with a smile. All hotel staff friendly and professional. Always clean rooms, excellent breakfast by the sea. A paradise, highly recommended. "Welcome to the South" could not have found a better title for the film shot in this location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stanza sporca, pur avendo chiesto di rifarla. Nn si può entrare in un bagno con il wc sporco. L'Hotel non è nella maniera più assoluta un 4 stelle. Gli arredi vecchi e mezzi rotti. Colazione orribile e con solo cose dolci al buffet. Apparecchiatura della colazione quasi inesistente. L'unica cosa positiva è che sta sul mare e con spiaggia privata. La gentilezza del personale alla reception è ottima, ma la preparazione dei camerieri no.
Dirty room, despite having asked to do it again. You can't enter a bathroom with a dirty toilet. The Hotel is by no means a 4-star hotel. The old and half-broken furnishings. Horrible breakfast and with only sweet things on the buffet. Breakfast equipment almost non-existent. The only positive thing is that it is on the sea and with a private beach. The kindness of the staff at the reception is excellent, but the preparation of the waiters is not.

La piscina con magnifica vista panoramica e zona bar e barbecue difetta di presenza di personale. Buono il rapporto qualità - prezzo. Esperienza da ripetere.
Pleasant and relaxing stay in a welcoming and spacious structure furnished with period furniture. Staff at the reception prepared and helpful. The swimming pool with magnificent panoramic views and bar and barbecue area lacks the presence of staff. Good quality - price ratio. Experience to be repeated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to be fair. The location of the hotel is amazing. It's right on the beach, with it's open private section. The beach is patrolled by an eagle eyed lifeguard who also assigns the beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach is clean and the water is nice. The reception staff are welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant staff are at best inattentive and at worst extremely irritated by your presence. One server in particular really seems to hate life, sighing loudly at the first sign of your presence.
The rooms are dated. You only get one key which must be placed in a switch to activate lights and AC. There's no Do Not Disturb sign. The switch activates an indicator outside the room. So if you're in the room but the key isn't in the switch, housekeeping will think you're not there and barge in. The rooms are Spartan but clean. Parking at the hotel doesn't exist. They have a lot up the hill which is locked. At 10 Euro a night, we made do.
Overall, the location is the best feature. If you get it cheap, you can put up with everything else. Skip the restaurant.
