★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata nel centro questa mattina per fare una pulizia del viso. Prenotata precedentemente, specificando che avevo esigenza di togliere un grano di miglio, preventivo sulla 30ina. Durante la pulizia del viso chiedo di togliere il grano di miglio e mi rispondo di non avere l'ago. Chiedo la cortesia ad una mia amica nei paraggi di comprarlo dalla farmacia. All'arrivo della mia amica per la consegna dell'aghetto mi hanno minacciato di dover pagare 1 euro per il suo ingresso. Al pagamento mi vengono aggiunti 17 euro per un totale di 47 euro, con la motivazione di aver utilizzato un siero, del cui uso non sono stata informata durante il trattamento. In tutto questo aggiungo l'estrema maleducazione del personale e la grande scortesia riservata a me e alla persona che era entrata nel centro, portandomi l'ago, per sopperire esclusivamente ad una loro mancanza. Sottolineo infine la mancanza di voci al dettaglio sullo scontrino. Lo sconsiglio a chiunque per qualunque tipo di trattamento.

During the facial cleansing I ask to remove the millet grain and I answer that I don't have the needle. I ask a friend of mine nearby to buy it from the pharmacy. Upon arrival of my friend for the delivery of the little farm, they threatened me with having to pay 1 euro for her entrance. To the payment I am added 17 euros for a total of 47 euros, with the motivation of having used a serum, of the use of which I was not informed during the treatment. In all this I add the extreme rudeness of the staff and the great discourtesy reserved for me and the person who had entered the center, bringing me the needle, to make up exclusively for a lack of them. Finally, I emphasize the lack of retail items on the receipt. I do not recommend it to anyone for any type of treatment.

Ho provato tutti i loro servizi, ceretta completa, pedicure, manicure, sopraciglie, massaggi, trattamenti corpo e viso. Sempre soddisfattissima. Da non trascurare la gentilezza di tutto il personale, soprattutto di Agnese (più che impeccabile). Consiglio fortemente.
I have been attending this beauty center for years precisely because it is almost impossible to find the same professionalism, cleanliness and excellent value for money elsewhere. I have tried all their services, complete waxing, pedicure, manicure, eyebrow, massage, body and face treatments. Always very satisfied. I have enjoyed many different treatments at this center. All the girls who work there are very kind, always available, punctual and absolutely professional. A special mention for the owner Valentina, truly exceptional! Always excellent cleaning and price-quality. I highly recommend it for any treatment. Oltre al fatto che è stato criticato il modo di lavorare di chi mi aveva fatto le unghie l'ultima volta, avevo due unghie rotte e la ragazza ha fatto come se niente fosse, sostenendo che il semigel ripari l'unghia spezzata. Risultato: mi sono trovata dopo meno di una settimana con entrambe le unghie spezzate e il semigel, di conseguenza, tutto rovinato. Oltretutto carissime per il servizio offerto. Non tornerò e non ve lo consiglio assolutamente.
I went to this center for the first time to redo the semi permanent on my hands. Besides the fact that the way of working of those who had done my nails last time was criticized, I had two broken nails and the girl acted as if nothing had happened, claiming that the semigel repairs the broken nail. Result: I found myself after less than a week with both nails broken and the semigel, consequently, all ruined. Moreover, very expensive for the service offered. I will not return and I absolutely do not recommend it.
