Centro dotato anche di coiffeur il che non è male!!!!!!!! The first thing I noticed is the welcome, the staff is well trained and I got to see their high professionalism. Center also equipped with coiffeur which is not bad !!!!!!!!

Mi sono recata al centro per un pedicure estetico che, come mi era stato detto per telefono e come era segnato su tutti i listini del negozio, veniva € 25. Tuttavia alla cassa me ne sono stati chiesti € 30. Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni, mi è stato letteralmente risposto : " a € 25 te tajamo solo le unghie!". Per cui cercate di capire bene quale sia il vero prezzo del servizio offerto prima che siano l'estetiste ad improvvisarlo sul momento. Il pedicure non era male, ma la totale mancanza di chiarezza e l'atteggiamento truffaldino mi hanno molto deluso. Non ci tornerò più. Beware of "free interpretation" prices. I went to the center for an aesthetic pedicure that, as I was told by phone and as it was marked on all the shop's price lists, came € 25. However, I was asked for € 30 at the checkout. When I asked for explanations, I it was literally answered: "at € 25 you just tajamo your nails!". So try to understand what is the true price of the service offered before the beauticians improvise it on the spot. The pedicure was not bad, but the total lack of clarity and the fraudulent attitude greatly disappointed me. I will never go back.

Bruciata dopo una ceretta, l'esperienza del solarium è risultata quasi altrettanto negativa, con lampade non manutenute adeguatamente. Una volta dimenticato a casa l'abbonamento, mi è stato detto, non molto gentilmente, che l'unica soluzione era pagare perché l'estetica non mantiene copia delle ricevute. Esperienza davvero da sconsigliare. La cura del proprio corpo merita professionalità. Attention to quality, professionalism, and customer is very poor. Burned after a waxing, the solarium experience was almost equally negative, with lamps not adequately maintained. Once I had forgotten my subscription at home, I was told, not very kindly, that the only solution was to pay because the aesthetics do not keep a copy of the receipts. Experience really not recommended. Body care deserves professionalism.

Vedere da listino che una depilazione intera ha un prezzo di 35 euro (senza spatola per giunta, come se quest’ultima fosse oro) e poi pagarne 54 mi ha fatto rimanere di sasso. Scopro che nella ceretta intera non sono inseriti glutei e altre zone...mi stranisco ma vabè (aggiungo che in molte zone la cera non è stata tolta proprio benissimo tra l’altro). Altro punto oltre a dover pagare quasi il doppio è che non accettano il pagamento in carta tramite la postpay evolution (che equivale anche ad una mastercard) quindi, non solo mi sono trovata a pagare una cifra a mio avviso esagerata ma sono poi dovuta ad andare a ricercare un ufficio di poste italiane vicino per prelevare in contanti, tornare e pagare. No, non esiste mi dispiace. Sorry to put two stars but I think the pricing is unclear but misleading for the customer. Seeing from the price list that a whole hair removal has a price of 35 euros (without a spatula, as if the latter were gold) and then paying 54 made me stunned. Trattamenti viso e copro personalizzati con prezzi super. Anche il parrucchiere è top e sempre pronto alle nostre esigenze. Il solarium è l'unico centro dove riesco ad abbrozarmi senza bruciarmi. Professional and helpful staff. They have various types of waxing, from classic to resin, to sugar paste. Personalized face and body treatments with super prices. Even the hairdresser is top and always ready for our needs. The solarium is the only center where I can get tanned without burning myself.
