★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible half microwaved dinner. Can't speak for its gelato or coffee. However I payed 8 euros for a still frozen microwave "roast". It was the worst meal I have ever had in my life and I'm sad to say it was in Italy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credit Card was not accepted. A $20 euro note was also rejected claiming that the corner of the note were slightly ripped. I felt really odd but didn't think too much, so I had to use a $50 bill instead. It turned out I got a fake $20 bill as changes, which I found out days later. I knew it's from this store as there were not many places that I had to use cash. BE AWARE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spoke Italian and still got charged 4€ for two espressos at the counter. My boyfriend later saw that the price should have been 1.30€ each. The girl was obviously using the fact that she saw we are foreign, even with me speaking Italian. I would never enter the door of this place again. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought 2 sandwiches, one with mayo and one panini. I am writing while intoxicated, it is horrible, please do not eat there. After the whole afternoon with food intoxication, I am still suffering the consequences. I hope this place closes soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid. We asked for 4 different dishes (gnocchi, lasagna, cotoletta a la milanese and risotto). All of them seemed to come from a frozen package and reheated. The pictures in the menu were of real cooked food. That is not what they served us. The gnocchi were made probably 2 days ago. They were mashed potato in little balls and cold (although the plate was hot). The manager tried to argue in favor of the food, saying it was us who do not know how the texture of the gnocchi really is. We asked for a replacement and they said they would charge the dishes. Absolutely outrageous. The cotoletta were two frozen medallions.
