★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descrivo solo quello che non mi piace di questa palestra:
- non c'è alcun power rack, ma solo uno squat rack che spesso è già occupato;
- lo spazio dedicato ai pesi liberi è piuttosto ridotto rispetto a quello delle macchine;
- l'ordine e la pulizia lasciano un po' a desiderare, ma questo è anche colpa degli utenti;
- non vi è aria climatizzata, e d'estate fa caldissimo;
- chiusa di sabato pomeriggio e di domenica;
- se vi capita di andare ad un orario di punta, trovare dove sedersi e dove appendere gli abiti nello spogliatoio è un'impresa non facile.
I only describe what I don't like about this gym:
- there is no power rack, but only a squat rack that is often already occupied;
- the space dedicated to free weights is rather small compared to that of machines;
- the order and cleanliness leave something to be desired, but this is also the fault of the users;
- there is no air conditioning, and in the summer it is very hot;
- closed on Saturday afternoon and Sunday;
- if you happen to go to a peak time, finding where to sit and where to hang clothes in the locker room is not an easy task.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale competente, sempre disponibile e paziente. Le schede vengono preparate da Max,uno dei titolari. Chiara svolge attività di insegnamento ai corsi. Luogo pulito e moderno. finora l'unica palestra che conosco che sottolinea l'importanza dell'igiene anche sui macchinari che si usano fornendo agli utenti l' occorrente per pulirli prima/dopo l'uso. Ambiente tranquillo e ampio parcheggio. Gradevole saletta relax fornita anche di distributori automatici food and beverage. Spogliatoi dividi uomo e donna puliti e forniti di armadietti con chiavi e docce con acqua calda.inoltre ci dono anche gli asciugacapelli. I titolari sono attivi e propositivi anche per nuove ed interessanti iniziative: corsi di autodifesa, Trx, spinning e molto altro. Fanno inoltre anche giornate di open day per chi vuole conoscere la palestra ed i corsi che in essa vengono svolti dando modo agli utenti di provare gratuitamente. Gli spazi sono ampi e luminosi.l' entrata con badge e tornello garantiscono un ulteriore sicurezza e controllo.
Competent staff, always available and patient. The cards are prepared by Max, one of the owners. Chiara teaches courses. Clean and modern place. so far the only gym I know that underlines the importance of hygiene also on the machines that are used by providing users with the necessary to clean them before / after use. Quiet environment and ample parking. Pleasant relaxation room also equipped with food and beverage vending machines. Changing rooms divide men and women clean and equipped with lockers with keys and hot water showers. The owners are also active and proactive for new and interesting initiatives: self-defense courses, Trx, spinning and much more. They also make open day for those who want to learn about the gym and the courses that are carried out in it, giving users the opportunity to try it for free. The spaces are large and bright. The entrance with badge and turnstile guarantee additional security and control.
