M	Micol Zarola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente questa palestra che ho avuto modo di frequentare a giugno e luglio 2019. Facevo sala pesi, attrezzi e cardio. Avevo la mia scheda che seguivo costantemente. Avevo l'abbonamento già pagato fino ad agosto, ma, chi di ruolo, ha cambiato gli orari della palestra ad agosto senza avvisare, dopo essermi iscritta e aver saldato il tutto. Non mi è stato più possibile frequentarla con i nuovi orari a causa di impegni lavorativi. Mi è stato detto che, a causa del loro errore, sarei stata rimborsata di un mese (agosto). Risultato? Mi hanno bloccata sul cellulare, mi hanno presa a male parole, mi hanno mandata a quel paese e sono spariti sia dal vivo che dal telefono. Amici e parenti mi avevano già avvisata dei modi che adottavano, ma ho provato ad andare. Ed ecco che non si sono smentiti. Sconsiglio la palestra vivamente, lo ribadisco. Rispetto per il cliente zero. Non vado oltre a parlare della palestra in sé solo perché mi avvalgo dei diritti di critica sui social. Sono però costretta ad informare le altre persone del luogo in cui si vanno ad iscrivere. Un grosso in bocca al lupo ai nuovi iscritti da parte mia e di tanti altri. I strongly advise against this gym that I got to attend in June and July 2019. I used to do the weight room, equipment and cardio room. I had my card that I was following constantly. I had already paid for the season ticket until August, but who in office changed the opening hours of the gym in August without notifying, after having signed up and paid for everything. It was no longer possible for me to attend it with the new hours due to work commitments. I was told that due to their mistake, I would be refunded for one month (August). Result? They blocked me on my cell phone, they took me to bad words, they sent me to that country and they disappeared both live and from the phone. Friends and relatives had already warned me of the ways they were adopting, but I tried to go. And here they are not denied. I strongly advise against the gym, I repeat. Zero respect for the customer. I don't go beyond talking about the gym itself just because I make use of the critical rights on social media. However, I am forced to inform the other people of the place where they are going to register. A big good luck to the new members from me and many others.
