★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un disastro. Sembra che averti o non averti come cliente per loro non faccia differenza. Aggiornamento del 30/07 dopo la vostra risposta: oggi mi avete telefonato per sapere cosa fosse successo, io ve l'ho spiegato e poi avete costruito questa bella risposta sull'impossibilità di intervenire a causa del maltempo. In realtà nel momento in cui avevamo preso appuntamento mi avevate detto che se l'antenna era posizionata sul terrazzo non ci sarebbero stati problemi anche in caso di pioggia. Quando vi ho chiamato (alle 9:10, cioè dieci minuti dopo l'ora concordata per l'appuntamento) la gentile signorina mi ha risposto che con la pioggia non si va sui tetti nonostante avessi fatto presente il posizionamento dell'antenna. E a chiamare ero stato io, non voi per avvisarmi che non sareste venuti. Come si dice in questi casi, la pezza della risposta è peggiore del buco del disservizio: se prima mi sarei limitato a non venire più da voi, ora sono irritato e farò presente a tutti il vostro basso livello di professionalità. Peccato non si possa togliere l'unica stella.
A disaster. It seems that having you or not having you as a customer makes no difference to them. Update 30/07 after your answer: today you have called me to find out what had happened, I have told you explained and then you have built this beautiful impossibility answer to intervene because of bad weather. In fact when we had made an appointment I had told me that if the antenna was positioned on the terrace there would have been problems also in case of rain. When I called you (at 9:10, ten minutes after the time agreed for the appointment) the kind lady told me that the rain will not go on the roofs even though I had pointed out the positioning of the antenna. And it was I who called, not you to tell me you wouldn't come. As they say in these cases, the piece of the answer is worse than the outage hole: if before I would be limited to no more from you, now I'm angry, and I will present to all your low level of professionalism. Too bad we can't remove the only star.
