La ragazza è veramente in gamba e sa come interagire nel migliore dei modi con gli animali, nonché trattare i diversi tipi di pelo. Sulla mensola del negozio ci sono numerose coppe vinte relative a gare di toelettatura. I prezzi sono onesti e i risultati sono sempre perfetti. Il mio cane ha avuto un trauma per via di una precedente toelettatrice che lo aveva trattato male, qui invece non ha mai fatto storie. I have tried different grooming but since I tried this I have not changed. The girl is really smart and knows how to interact with animals in the best way, as well as treat different types of hair. On the shop shelf there are numerous cups won relating to grooming competitions. The prices are fair and the results are always perfect. My dog had a trauma due to a previous groomer who had treated him badly, but here he never made a fuss.

Purtroppo però questa seconda volta,la ragazza che vi lavora probabilmente non aveva una bella giornata e non è stata nè gentile né tantomeno disponibile,inoltre avevo richiesto di lavare i miei cani e tagliare pelo e unghie ed il pelo praticamente non è stato tagliato. I am sorry to do this negative review as the first time I was in this grooming I had a great time, friendly and helpful staff and satisfied with the work done to my dog. Unfortunately, this second time, the girl who works there probably did not have a nice day and was neither kind nor helpful, also I had requested to wash my dogs and cut hair and nails and the hair was practically not cut.
