Ci sono stata malissimo, a distanza di 5 anni mi fa ancora male questa cattiveria, non me lo sarei mai aspettata. Sicuramente ci sono persone migliori e più sensibili I took my dog there for 7 years and everything was fine, until she got cancer, and Mrs. Etta, with a coldness that made me cry, told me that she was no longer "welcome" and that I could take her from another part. Gentili, posto pulito, e veloci, a saperlo li avrei già portati prima!prezzi molto onesti. Sarà il mio punto di riferimento per molto molto tempo. Gli si era spezzata ed era in fase di ricrescita. Ma lei con un colpo deciso e preciso ha tolto il dolore al mio cane. Devo dire che oltre ad essere molto professionale nella toilettatura lo è anche nell'approccio agli animali. Ne aveva davvero bisogno visto che aveva il pelo molto lungo e annodato. Il giorno dell’appuntamento arrivata lì sono stata mandata via; la signora di una maleducazione unica si è permessa con arroganza di chiedermi di pettinare la mia cagnolina per farle vedere il modo nel quale lo facevo . Dopo di che ci ha spostato l’appuntamento ad un altro giorno, il giorno prima mi ha paccata insinuando di avere un problema alla mano senza neanche chiedermi se volessi un altro appuntamento.
