Il mio cane aveva tantissimi nodi, sicuramente la situazione di partenza non era facile...ma perché tosarlo? avevo detto di fare quel che si riusciva per i nodi ma non di tosarlo, visto che il cane sta fuori, anche d'inverno, per buona parte della giornata! Avrebbero almeno potuto chiedermi se ero d'accordo...Ma la cosa peggiore è che il mio cagnolino ora ha ferite sulle zampe, e graffi sul corpo! Ora è mogio e dolorante e si lecca le ferite...non ripeterò mai più questa esperienza! No! No! No! My dog had a lot of knots, certainly the starting situation was not easy ... but why clip it? I said to do what you could for the knots but not to clip it, since the dog is outside, even in winter, for a good part of the day! They could at least have asked me if I agreed ... But the worst part is that my little dog now has wounds on his paws, and scratches on his body! Now he is dull and sore and he licks his wounds ... I will never repeat this experience again!

Consigliatissimo anche per i cani XXL come il mio! Ci tornerò! Great job and great people! They really care about animals, my dog has never been so clean and fragrant. Arrivo con 5 minuti di anticipo, suono ma nessuno mi apre. Aspetto qualche minuto, risuono ma ancora nessuna risposta. Guardo attraverso la vetrina e mi pare di vedere qualcuno per cui risuono e picchietto alla porta. Niente. Telefono e sento il telefono suonare all’interno (cellulare). Mi riaffaccio e stavolta vedo chiaramente una ragazza che leggeva le carte alla proprietaria! Intanto io e la mia cagnolina fuori al sole a morire di caldo! Totale mancanza di professionalità e molto molto egoismo. 1 stella è già troppa! What happened to me today is beyond imaginable.
