★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 anni di connessione senza problemi.Sempre molto costante e 20 mega di cui 18 praticamente sempre fissi in download.Ora mi devo spostare di abitazione e chiedero' di nuovo a loro la copertura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio connessione pessimo, per fortuna ho cambiato operatore ora e sembra di sognare dal servizio che questo ultimo mi offre, rispetto al loro lo batte 10/0 , soprattutto per il fatto della stabilità. In caso di problemi contattandoli si limitavano a riavviare l'antenna oppure molto spesso non sapevano neanche loro quale fosse il problema :((.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio ottimo. Se contattato per problemi risolvono quasi all'istante. Il mio abbonamento a 7 MB è passato a 20 MB (effettivi 14) senza richiederlo. Pienamente soddisfatto. Un po' cara l'installazione dell'antenna ma il servizio è ottimo.
Great service. If contacted for problems they resolve almost instantly. My 7MB subscription went to 20MB (actual 14MB) without requiring it. Fully satisfied. The antenna installation is a bit expensive but the service is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A volte ci si chiede il perchè si dovrebbe utilizzare una ditta di telecomunicazioni locale al posto dei colossi come fastweb ecc la risposta è semplice e la traduco nella mia esperienza. Dopo anni che avevo una linea con net and work senza alcun problema, un paio di mesi fa traslocando e quindi venendo ad abitare in città (prima abitavo in un paesino in provincia) decido di usare la connessione fastweb... mai esperienza fu così tragica, dopo 2 mesi che continuavano a rimandare l'appuntamento e interminabili ore passate al telefono prendo la decisione.... chiamo questa società mi rispondono subito e mi aprono la chiamata verso telecom, insomma dal 2 dicembre mi hanno attivato perfettamente funzionante oggi 13 dicembre quindi 6 giorni lavorativi ho avuto linea (fibra). Ogni volta che chiamo qualcuno risponde e mi risolve il problema o il quesito grandissimi!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After years of having a line with net and work without any problem, a couple of months ago moving and then coming to live in the city (before I lived in a small town in the province) I decide to use the fastweb connection ... never experience was so tragic , after 2 months of continuing to postpone the appointment and endless hours spent on the phone I make the decision .... I call this company, they answer me immediately and open the call to telecom, in short, from December 2 they activated me fully functional today December 13 so 6 working days I got line (fiber). Every time I call someone he answers and solves the huge problem or question !!!!!!!!!!!!!
