I am a a foreign student and I had a great experience with the net servizi team for my apartment in Milan. Anytime I had a question they replied in a timely manner by email. When I moved in, the apartment was immaculate and if you maintain the apartment well and leave it in the condition of when you moved in, there should be no problem or hassle. As long as you read and understand their conditions, everything will be good. I also appreciate their effort in getting my security deposit back. I have rented a room from Net Servizi for a year. The assistance offered from the staffs were very excellent and helpful. Commutation with the staff is easy and the staffs are all very responsive. The process of check-in was fairly simple and the contracts are specific and clear. The maintenance team is also very helpful if there is any issues concerning the flat. I am satisfied with the overall services provided by Net Serviz so far.

I've rented two different houses with NetServizi for almost 3 years and I must say that I'm very happy with this company. They helped me finding a new house in no time in a city where finding an apartment alone is almost impossible. The thing that I like the most is their "All Inclusive" policy which is very convenient for students like me. For an agency in Milan their prices are fair for the great and professional services they offer. The staff is very kind and available to clarify anything related to the contract and in case of problems, Pietro and Nicola have demonstrated their willingness to help.

I have more than four years experience living in Net Servizi's apartments, overall the experience is satisfied. They are professional and welcome. Regarding several issues I noticed in the reviews, I feel the necessity to make some fair clarification. 1. The agency fee in Milan is usually at least one month rent (approx. 600 euro around high demanding area), however, Net Servizi charge roughly 250 euro for one year which is very reasonable and cheap for international students who want to stay in Milan for just half or one year. Additionally, the staff speak perfect English, so no problem with communication at all. 2. The way that Net Servizi run the apartments is more like running student residence other than simple housing agency that doesn't appear at all after contract signed. They regularly check the status of the apartments and they have strict rules (written in the contract) regarding how you should take care of the apartment. Though, they have many kinds of penalty fees that seems too harsh and deliver less freedom compared to other agencies, as long as you read it carefully before signing the contract and respect them when living in the room, you will be totally fine. Nobody wants crazy bachelor parties in their apartment everyday. 3. For checking out, Net Servizi have strict checking procedure and require the room to be as closer as possible to the original status (which is also written in the contract, if you sign it, then respect it). So you might encounter some loss from your deposit fee, but make the calculation please, 250euro registration fee plus (for example) 200euro penalty, you still pay much less than traditional agencies. Overall, Net Servizi is super professional with their job, you can clearly feel their passion and vision for their career. I had an experience renting a small apartment in Milan with Net Servizi. The experience was more than professional. It was friendly, helpful and informative. Very few were the times I needed technical issues to be resolved in the flat, but when I did, they were solved at the fastest rate and without any extra cost. Pietro and Nicola, with whom I had the most contact are very friendly and professional at the same time. I would surely recommend Net Servizi agency to work with if you plan to stay in Milan

They charge you for everything with weird and aggressive system. Even from the first date, they give us some misleading informations related to contract and try to be aggressive saying stuff like you cannot come to office every time you want. The only reason was to solve their misleading behaviour. They charge us after first month because washing machine is broken, which we told them when we are checking in. Also, they do not check the house good when you leave and the problem of previous renters would cause you a problem. 3 renters left the house when I was living there and they are just checking main things and cost of thing stay to the other renters. Also, they try to charge you for check out with their fault. I told them from 1 months ago about leaving and they said it is only available after 5 pm that day, which is weird because it is my last day at the property. So you have to fight for every cost that they try to charge you. I am pretty sure all the 5 star comments here are fake. So people out there, If you see these comment, just go find another agency because they seem cheap but they will ruin your experience. I know that they are using Spotahome most of the time, but at least this comment can help you. After this comment you will see that bunch of fake 5 star comments will pop up.

I rented an apartment through Net Servizi during my exchange semester in Milan and I was not at all satisfied with this company. The apartment was DISGUSTING, when I moved in. Mold on the walls, grease on every surface in the kitchen, water damages, the windows wouldn't close in my room (so I was freezing all through the winter) and the list goes on. They DID come and fix some of these things during my stay, but most of it I ended up fixing by myself to make the place livable. The worst part of my experience with this company was that they charged me beyond 150 euro, when I moved out for so-called "damages" on the walls, even though the apartment looked 10 times better when I moved out than when I received. I would not recommend this company to anybody.
