★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sala pesi piccolina ma ben ordinata, c'è quasi tutto l'essenziale per allenarsi. Peccato per i manubri che si fermano a 28kg e non ci sono componibili per andare oltre.
Ci sono però sia una buona panca che il rack.
Gli spoiatoi sono un po' buii ma spaziosi, manca il phone!!
 Small but well-ordered weight room, there is almost all the essentials for training. Too bad for the dumbbells that stop at 28kg and there are no modular parts to go further.
There are both a good bench and a rack.
The spoiatoi are a bit dark but spacious, the phone is missing !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra non tanto grande ma estremamente funzionale, tante possibili lezioni diverse alle quali partecipare. La sala pesi non è particolarmente grande ma c'è tutto quello che serve. Piscina di 5 corsie con possibilità di fare anche la sauna ed il bagno turco.
Gym not so big but extremely functional, so many different lessons to take part in. The weight room is not particularly large but there is everything you need. Swimming pool of 5 lanes with possibility to make also the sauna and the Turkish bath.

I am a lazy person, since I have been to the d-nes gym, especially the swimming pool, I have been reborn and my knees and whole body are thankful. Friendly family friendly environment, all kind and respectable people. Instructors are also always generous in giving useful advice. Therefore, long live D-Nes. Cordial and affectionate greetings

Una vera palestra di quartiere che pur offrendo il massimo in tutti i servizi non è esosa.
Consigliatissima a chi vuole allenarsi davvero.

The family atmosphere, the absolutely adequate facilities, the friendly and highly trained staff.
A real neighborhood gym which, while offering the best in all services, is not expensive.

Il personale alla reception è oltremodo cordiale e ci si sente ogni volta ben accolti.
Il personale di vasca bravo e scrupoloso.
Docce molto ampie così come gli spogliatoi.
La sauna ed il bagno turco un po' tiepidi, li preferirei più caldi ma forse sono così perché capito in orari prossimi alla chiusura
I love this gym and the pool.
The staff at the reception are extremely friendly and you feel welcome every time.
The bath staff are good and attentive.
Very large showers as well as changing rooms.
The sauna and turkish bath are a bit warm, I would prefer them warmer but maybe they are like this because I understand at closing times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata ieri sera sul tardi. Devo dire ha tutto l’occorrente per un buon allenamento. Ha molti attrezzi per attività anaerobica e anche , leggermente di meno, aerobica. Mi ha fatto una buona impressione la piscina perché sembra grande . Gli spogliatoi pure sono grandi. Se si va tardi ovviamente si ha tutto per se, e come dicono in altre recensioni da proprio quell’idea di ambiente familiare con culle per bambini e disegni. Fa per le persone che si devono approcciare inizialmente alla palestra. Consigliata
I went late last night. I must say it has everything you need for a good workout. It has a lot of equipment for anaerobic activity and also, slightly less, aerobic. The pool made a good impression on me because it looks big. The changing rooms are also large. If you go late, of course, you have everything to yourself, and as other reviews say it gives you that idea of a family environment with baby cots and drawings. It is for people who have to initially approach the gym. Recommended
