Lo so nn è facile fare questo lavoro anche perché sono anche io un'infermiera e so quanto a volte il pz è difficile da gestire. Ma qui il malato è terminale e per quanto noi ci siamo fatti una corazza il parente e il pz è vulnerabile. Mi dispiace constatare che ci sono elementi giovani che farebbero meglio a cambiare lavoro perché se già ora stanno così (maleducati e spocchiosi) nn oso immaginare fra qualche tempo cosa faranno. Non conosco il nome dell'infermiere maleducato ma se leggerai questa recensione sai che sto parlando di te. Per il resto discreta la struttura e poche le persone amabili. g	giuseppe narduzzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facendo la precedente recensione mi sono reso conto che ero molto arrabbiato quindi o deciso di modificarla , oggi a mente fredda mi rendo conto che o un po' esagerato, infatti non voglio che per colpa di una parte del personale, (che per me dovrebbero fare un altro lavoro invece che l'infermiere,) ci vadano di mezzo tutti , devo dire una piccola parte si è comportata abbastanza bene, soprattutto la caposala Piera che fin dall'inizio è stata sempre molto gentile e educata, non solo con noi, ma come o avuto modo di osservare lo è con tutti. Per questo voglio ringraziarla e ringrazio tutti quelli che lo meritano per la pazienza che hanno avuto con mia madre, anche se devo dire che non era facile badare a lei. s	serena renzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ parlo della mia esperienza con assistenza domiciliare:formalmente? apparentemente? di facciata? sì va bene,ma nella realtà (infermiere a domicilio a parte),il medico poco capace e completamente disinteressato nel mettere anche noi familiari al corrente di cosa avremmo affrontato.Psicologa a dir poco imbarazzante.In generale non un'esperienza positiva eccezion fatta per il centralino h24 che a volte è stato più utile del medico. I	Ilaria Conti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale efficiente o quali mettono i pazienti al centro dell'attenzione non solamente sotto il punto di vista clinico ma anche psicologico, gli infermieri sono stati molto disponibili con mio padre anche per una parola di conforto durante un momento difficile. Una volta tornato a casa era contento di poter stare con la sua famiglia come avviene nella quotidianità ma era allo stesso tempo dispiaciuto di aver lasciato la struttura perché è come una seconda famiglia, lo hanno fatto sentire realmente a casa Efficient staff or those who put patients at the center of attention not only clinically but also psychologically, the nurses were very helpful with my father even for a word of comfort during a difficult time. Sento di dare tutte le stelle possibili a questa struttura, ai suoi medici infermieri e oss perché sono stati tutti di una gentilezza infinita. Hanno saputo alleviare le sofferenze di mia madre e hanno cercato di alleggerire noi figli dal dolore di vederla in quello stato. Hanno dimostrato grande empatia e disponibilità . Grazie a tutti My mother left today after 11 days in hospice. I feel I give all the stars possible to this facility, its doctors, nurses and oss because they have all been of infinite kindness. They knew how to alleviate my mother's suffering and tried to relieve us children of the pain of seeing her in that state. They showed great empathy and availability. Thank you all

Ha risolto velocemente la problematica e gestito la pratica. Una qualità di servizio davvero eccellente. Dottore molto disponibile e cortese nel fornire la diagnosi. Esperienza davvero positiva. At the reception I was served by a VERY KIND and very PROFESSIONAL girl !!! (Too bad you don't remember the name). He quickly resolved the issue and handled the case. A truly excellent quality of service. Doctor very helpful and courteous in providing the diagnosis. Really good experience.
