Ho avuto la tua stessa esperienza con mia madre. Metà dei vestiti spariti, ho portato a casa mia madre con piaghe e squame di sporcizia in tutto il corpo, non riuscivamo a lavarla sotto perché sentiva dolore per quanto era rossa. Pessimo personale, sgarbato ed impreparato. Diffido chiunque ad avvicinarsi a questa struttura. Una stella???? Per carità, meno 10000. Il personale paramedico è decisamente all'altezza della situazione: cortese, reattivo, efficace. Le assistenti sociali sono molto professionali e assecondano le legittime aspettative dei malati e dei loro familiari. La cura del paziente è decisamente positiva e risolutiva. Dopo alcune temporanee incomprensioni dovute alla mancanza di comunicazione mi sento di dire che l'esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. Grazie.
