Ora sarebbe pure il caso di insegnargli un po di educazione!per non parlare del infermiera che scesa senza il carrello e si e lamentata che lei si deve portare fino all ascensore 5 chili di pacco! Vi ho dato una stella solo perché per fare la recensione la devo mettere per forza perché non vi siete meritate neanche quella! Negli studi medici spesso purtroppo manca un sorriso, una battuta o parola gentile per tranquillizzare il paziente che spesso si reca per esami, più o meno complicati. Odio gli aghi e spesso per l'utilizzo spesso mi agito, devo dire che per la prima volta non ho sentito nulla e nemmeno me ne sono resa conto. Valutazione per l'esame!?! Assolutamente da 5 stelle!!!! A causa di un errore di una ricetta medica, avrebbero potuto annullarmi l' appuntamento, invece hanno risolto con molta disponibilità anche questo problema tecnico. Il giorno successivo mi reco alla struttura con le impegnative e scopro che nessuna delle due è in convenzione e devo pagarle privatamente. Visto che ho problemi a deambulare decido di farle cmq da loro, ma dopo l'esame, altra sorpresa, non forniscono il cd diagnostico ma le vecchie lastre e l'esame devo ritirarlo il giorno successivo perche manca il medico per il referto.Quindi mi ritrovo doppiamente indispettito.STRUTTURA DA EVITARE. P.S.Unica nota positiva, il tecnico radiologo ha mostrato molta umanità e gentilezza.
