Da infermiera posso dire con criterio che gli "ospiti" sono trattati con amore e calore umano, ho visto mia zia (che prima era in un altra clinica e aveva seri problemi) qui ora è rinata, riesce finalmente a compiere persino piccoli spostamenti da sola con la sedia a rotelle. In ultimo voglio aggiungere una cosa per me bellissima, nell' atrio ci sono dei stupendi gattoni con cuccie bellissime e fuori un cagnolone quindi si fa anche pet- terapy, MERAVIGLIOSOOOOO COMPLIMENTI sinceri a tutto lo staff ❤ A very nice location, away from noise and chaos, the staff is very kind both that of the reception and the nurses on the floors. As a nurse I can say that critically the "guests" are treated with love and human warmth, I saw my aunt (who was previously in another clinic and had serious problems) here she is reborn, she finally manages to make even small movements by herself in a wheelchair. Finally I want to add something beautiful for me, in the atrium there are some wonderful cats with beautiful kennels and a big dog outside so you can also do pet therapy, WONDERFUL Sincere CONGRATULATIONS to all the staff ❤

Vorrei rappresentare tutta la mia gratitudine per come avete amorevolmente in questi anni (8anni!) accudito al meglio possibile la mia mamma Lucia. Siete riusciti nell'ardito compito di rendere una casa di ricovero la sua casa, l'avete curata ma anche accudita con affetto. Sono sempre stato certo che fosse nelle migliori mani possibili e non posso che ringraziarvi di cuore per la qualità del servizio che le avete fornito ed anche in particolare per la grande umanità che ciascuno degli operatori che ha avuto cura di lei ha dimostrato. Sono doti rare e dovete esserne fieri. Grazie di cuore di tutto e che mamma dopo questo suo lungo ed angoscioso calvario riposi in pace e vegli su tutti noi con il suo sorriso dolce. Contatto per un colloquio di lavoro , stabilito giorno e orario dello svolgimento online dello stesso. Nessuna telefonata . Attendo e telefono io . Mi risponde la stessa persona che mi aveva fissato il colloquio , riferisco chi sono e che ero in attesa di un colloquio e mi viene palesemente attaccato il telefono in faccia senza proferire mezza parola . Provo a telefonare , pensando fosse un errore perché la buona fede provo a metterla , e la linea é continuamente occupata . La professionalità e l'educazione passa anche e soprattutto da quí. Se questo é il biglietto da visita di una struttura che come Mission ha dei valori quali rispetto e umanità , non ci siamo proprio. I cannot report on the structure and professional work of the employees but I can instead review the administrative work. Contact for a job interview, established day and time of the online conduct of the same. No phone calls. I wait and call me. I am answered by the same person who had set the interview for me, I am referring to who I am and that I was waiting for an interview and the phone is clearly attached to my face without uttering a half word. I try to call, thinking it was a mistake because I try to put it in good faith, and the line is constantly busy. Professionalism and education also and above all pass from here. If this is the business card of a structure that, like Mission, has values such as respect and humanity, we are not really there.

Ogni volta che vengo a trovarla la trovo sempre molto curata, il personale tutto è molto affettuoso e attento a tutte le sue esigenze, facendole vivere una quotidianità serena. Le dottoresse sono sempre disponibili e si prendono cura con molta attenzione degli utenti.La consiglio a tutte le persone come me hanno questi problemi. Grazie ancora di tutto ciò che fate. My mother has been hospitalized at your facility for about 16 months following an Ischemia which unfortunately left her with serious consequences. Every time I come to visit her, I always find her very well taken care of, the staff are all very affectionate and attentive to all her needs, making her live a peaceful daily life. The doctors are always available and take care of the users very carefully. I recommend her to all people like me who have these problems. Thanks again for everything you do.

E' dal profondo del cuore che desideriamo ringraziare il personale tutto, dalla Direttrice al Direttore sanitario, dai medici alla psicologa, dalla caposala ai fisioterapisti, dagli infermieri agli Oss, dalla reception alle terapiste, senza dimenticare il personale addetto alle pulizie ed alla cucina...Tutti. A tutti Voi, va il nostro GRAZIE per aver assistito con amore e alta professionalita' la nostra mamma che purtroppo ci ha lasciati, lasciando un vuoto grande a noi ed a Voi. My mother was hosted in this RSA for about three years. It is from the bottom of our hearts that we wish to thank the entire staff, from the Director to the Medical Director, from the doctors to the psychologist, from the head nurse to the physiotherapists, from the nurses to the Oss, from the reception to the therapists, without forgetting the cleaning and kitchen staff. ..Everyone.
