R	Renz Mai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un cliente da almeno un anno, questa linea Ha molti difetti, è un prezzo alquanto esagerato per quanto riguarda la qualità della connessione. Chi ama giocare online attraverso un Pc, ps4/ps5, Xbox One/ S ecc... lo sconsiglio vivamente di attivare questa linea, mantiene i Ping sopra i 70 e arrivano anche a 500, rete molto instabile per i giochi online( provato anche direttamente con la LAN) È davvero difficile guardare un film streaming, per guardarlo in modo fluido devi essere il solo collegato e scegliere una risoluzione al di sotto i 1080p, non parlando quando ascolti la musica si blocca ogni minimo secondo. Ho provato molte volte a mandare diverse e mail, per cercare una soluzione. (Nessuna risposta concreta, dicono dopo 2 giorni che la linea va a meraviglia oppure non rispondo completamente) L’unica soluzione è avere un modem portatile con una sim 4g: paghi meno e rete più stabile. Dopo diversi tentativi di connetermi con l 'assistenza, non ho capito se i problemi sono di connessione con la loro antenna o il modem di casa. Dato che dopo diversi mesi non siamo riusciti a risolvere il problema, proverò a comprare un nuovo modem a mie spese. Sfortunatamente cavo utilizzato dall compagnia ha un jack maggiore rispetto a quello standard per una connessione adsl, quindi il primo modem router che ho comprato non andava bene, dovrò cercarne uno adatto per questo cavo. L'assistenza nei weekend non esiste, dopo le 18.00 sono tutti a casa, quindi se avete un problema sono affari vostri. Consiglierei questa compagnia solo a chi serve internet saltuariamente. Un giorno contatto il tecnico che mi ha installato l'antenna per avere delle informazioni riguardo la mia bolletta e mi comunica che non collaborava più con il mio vecchio operatore. Essendo un tecnico conosciuto nella zona mi convinco a cambiare il mio operatore e passare a Neomedia (ripagando l'installazione ed aumentendo il canone in bolletta). Non l'avessi mai fatto. Un giorno non funziona perchè il problema è il router, un altro perchè l'antenna non si è aggiornata, un altro giorno c'è un guasto nazionale, cosa non vera perchè la mia vicina con il mio vecchio operatore navigava tranquillamente. Insomma mi sono sentito preso in giro dal tecnico, ogni giorno un problema. Morale della favola ? ho un vincolo è devo pagare più di 200E per annullare il contratto, continuo ad avere problemi con la linea e il tecnico non mi risponde al telefono. I have a constraint and I have to pay more than 200E to cancel the contract, I continue to have problems with the line and the technician does not answer my phone.

L'ultima esperienza è stata di qualche giorno fa: era da qualche giorno che la connessione mi andava stabilmente male, li ho chiamati, mi hanno risposto e hanno risolto davvero in pochissimo tempo avvisandomi anche con una chiamata. Personale accogliente ed educato. L'unico appunto magari sarebbe quello di avvisare i clienti delle nuove tariffe a prezzi più convenienti,la mia attuale "FWA15" l'ho scoperta per caso.
