L	Luca Crippa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vasta scelta e personale gentile e preparato, ma alcune pecche durante dei lavori nel 2017: 1) idraulico (sempre in ritardo e svogliato) che sbaglia a montare gli scaldasalviette dei bagni (non mette le guarnizioni a dovere) e si arrugginiscono (già sostituiti), specchi dei mobili del bagno Cerasa che si sono tutti arrugginiti, ed ora salta fuori che la siliconatura del piatto doccia non tiene già più e si è ammuffito tutto il muro del ripostiglio dietro la doccia... Non più di 2 stelle. Wide choice and polite and prepared staff, but some flaws during the works in 2017: 1) plumber (always late and listless) who makes a mistake in assembling the towel warmers in the bathrooms (he doesn't put the gaskets properly) and they rust (already replaced) , mirrors of Cerasa bathroom furniture that have all rusted, and now it turns out that the silicone coating of the shower tray no longer holds and the entire wall of the closet behind the shower has become moldy ... Not more than 2 stars.

I prezzi.....dipendono da ciò che scegli, comunque c'è il rapporto qualità prezzo. I bought the tiles here, pretty good price but bad service. They do not deliver tiles at home except with prices beyond all logic!

Ancora sto aspettando, dopo un mese, la griglia del piatto doccia che si è sbriciolata da sola dopo 6 mesi. Sconsigliatissimo, non sanno lavorare con i clienti. Never seen such a thing. Spent over 10k to order but never again. Bad stuff, bad stuff and zero support. I am still waiting, after a month, for the shower tray grate which crumbled by itself after 6 months. Not recommended, they don't know how to work with customers.

Siamo arrivati su appuntamento e siamo stati immediatamente serviti. Ci è stato mostrato tutto il materiale e ci sono state spiegate le caratteristiche oltre a fornirci idee su come eseguire la finitura delle stanze del nostro appartamento. Avevamo dimenticato di verificare le piastrelle per la cucina e siamo stati ricontattati prontamente e il materiale ci è stato inviato in foto perché potessimo scegliere senza dover tornare in loco, visto che siamo abbastanza lontani. Insomma super soddisfatti. Un plauso ad Antonio per la cortesia! High quality materials, vast assortment, but above all courtesy and competence of the staff. We arrived by appointment and were immediately served. We were shown all the material and explained the features as well as giving us ideas on how to finish the rooms in our apartment. We had forgotten to check the tiles for the kitchen and we were promptly contacted and the material was sent to us in photos so that we could choose without having to go back to the site, as we are quite far away. In short, super satisfied. A praise to Antonio for his kindness!
