★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza al limite del surreale. Andiamo una prima volta e ci dicono che è meglio prenotare un appuntamento; lo facciamo e torniamo su appuntamento il sabato successivo. Ci viene mostrato lo showroom, poi l'incaricato abbastanza frettolosamente ci chiede alcune informazioni; noi, non avendo le risposte pronte, concordiamo che avremmo spedito tutto via mail e che poi loro ci avrebbero ricontattato con una proposta. Inviato il nostro materiale il giorno successivo, da quel momento solo silenzio. Dopo un mese, stupiti, richiamiamo noi per avere spiegazioni e ci hanno risposto che non si ricordavano proprio di noi e che se volevamo saremmo dovuti ritornare da loro. Evviva l'attenzione per il cliente!
Experience bordering on the surreal. We go for the first time and they tell us that it is better to book an appointment; we do it and come back by appointment the following Saturday. We are shown the showroom, then the person in charge quite hastily asks us for some information; we, not having the answers ready, agreed that we would have sent everything by e-mail and that then they would have contacted us with a proposal. Sent our material the next day, from that moment only silence. After a month, amazed, we call back for explanations and they replied that they did not remember us and that if we wanted we would have to return to them. Long live the attention for the customer!
