ci hanno lasciati liberi di guardare senza aver minimamente cura del cliente.
a nostra richiesta, perla delle perle, per un armadio hanno risposto: questo non ve lo mostro poichè ha un costo spropositato (circa 6000€).
vorrei dire ai dipendenti di questo show room che:
1) 6000€ non è spropositato se la qualità è garantita.
2) non si giudica la possibilità economica dall'età dei clienti e soprattutto dall'apparenza.
se volete fare affari, dovete essere gentili prima di tutto, educati e propensi a soddisfare il cliente. è l'ABC del marketing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, abbiamo lasciato la planimetria della casa chiedendo di poter avere un preventivo della cucina, oltre ad assicurarci la bozza ci era stato detto che saremmo stati richiamati per un fissare un appuntamento, ovviamente nessuno si è degnato di farsi sentire! Probabilmente perché, secondo il signore che ci ha "accolto", due giovani non hanno abbastanza soldi da spendere nel loro negozio, dato che ci è stato fatto capire subito che loro vendono solo a una certa categoria di clienti... Non pensavo che il signore fosse veggente e vedesse nei portafogli di chi ha di fronte!
