Ma a me la benzina non è stata fatta. Potessi mettere 0 stelle lo farei. Ciulati 20 euros of petrol. Dopo 10 minuti mi esce una ricevuta (la quale non si riesce nemmeno a strapparla del tutto). Cambio pompa inserisco altri 20€ e di nuovo benzina non c’è. Aspetto altri 10 minuti e non esce NESSUNA RICEVUTA. Inizio a premere qualche tasto di ricevuta e mi esce fuori una ricevuta transazione eseguita con carta €20. AVEVO INSERITO 20€ in CONTANTI e di benzina ero ancora a ZERO. Mi presento il giorno successivo e il responsabile GRAN MALEDUCATO, mi dice che solo 20€ potevo fare, gli altri in pratica gli avevo buttati. Quando una persona deve dare soldi a loro, lì si che riescono a vare veriche e a guardarsi le videocamere, visto che hanno tutto registrato, stranamento quando sono loro in debito con te AH NO li non si puó far nulla. Ho trovato GRANDE MENEFREGHISMO DA PARTE DELL’ADDETTO RESPONSABILE. Almeno aggiustato le vostre macchinette o mettete un avviso quando non c’è benzina invece di fregare soldi alla gente. Con grande menefreghismo mi ha detto ‘mi dispiace’, col tuo mi dispiace NON MI CI FACCIO NULLA A PARTE PULIRMI IL SEDERE. Non sono i 20€ ma è una questione di principio! Avro' rimesso la mail per la ricerca almeno 20 volte e non problema.che riportava il terminale era formato non riconosciuto. Me ne sono andato perché in ritardo per appuntamento di lavoro, senza avere risposta, se non 'devo tenere controllato i rifornimenti'. Le cose sono due, o l'operatrice non era abbastanza avvezza o il sistema di gestione informatico è da rivedere. Stesso problema per un altro cliente subito dopo di me.
