Quando vai per un cambio scheda perchè quella vecchia rovinata; il customer care della Wind al telefono ti assicura che é gratuito, poi vai in un'altro punto Wind e conferma che è gratis, infine capiti in questo e ti dicono che costa qualcosa tipo 10 euro circa, chiedi come mai? Risposta:- "Politica del negozio" beh che altro aggiungere... Punto Wind, yes as it were. Per passaggio da Iliad a Wind mi hanno addebitato dei costi aggiuntivi pari a 10 Euro che l'assistenza Wind non riesce a verificare. Tra assistenza e negozio non comunicano e quindi e' impossibile poi farsi rimborsare. Il numero di telefono del centro poi risulta inesistente. Meglio evitare del tutto di rivolgersi qui! I also give a star but I would give a nice zero. For switching from Iliad to Wind I was charged additional costs equal to 10 Euros that Wind assistance cannot verify. Between assistance and shop they do not communicate and therefore it is impossible to get a refund. The telephone number of the center is then non-existent. Better to avoid contacting here altogether!
