Puoi scegliere anche accessori di telefonia... una pecca, comprensibile per il momento è la chiusura alle 18 e il sabato, un un'impedimento magari per chi lavora tutta la settimana. Dopo aver portato in assistenza il mio dispositivo per cui ho pagato 45 euro, mi viene riconsegnato il venerdì ed il lunedì successivo presentava lo stesso difetto. Riportato il lunedì stesso,mi veniva riconsegnato, questa volta riparato, addebitandomi di nuovo 45 euro.... Evidente che il dispositivo mi era stato consegnato senza aver eseguito la riparazione... Non avevo voglia di "discorrere" e molto mi ha aiutato, fortuna loro, il covid perché non avrei sopportato ulteriormente la mascherina, ma è un certo che non ci andrò più e che lo sconsiglierò sempre... Complimenti.... Siete stati veramente inqualificabili..... Pesaro, 13 aprile 2021 Faccio seguito alla Vs. recente risposta alla mia recensione per fare presente che appunto, non risultando i miei accessi al vostro centro, sicuramente la prima volta la riparazione non è stata eseguita, (e per le altre?) cosa avvenuta poi la volta successiva, tanto è vero che da questa riparazione il dispositivo è tuttora funzionante. Sono in possesso dei documenti di "accettazione" ..grazie comunque per l'attenzione. After being a customer for many years, my latest experience leads me to issue a very bad opinion. After having brought my device for which I paid 45 euros to be serviced, it is returned to me on Friday and on the following Monday it had the same defect. Returned on Monday itself, it was returned to me, this time repaired, charging me again 45 euros .... Obviously the device had been delivered to me without having carried out the repair ... I didn't want to "talk" and it helped me a lot , lucky them, the covid because I would not have endured the mask further, but it is certain that I will not go there anymore and that I will always advise against it ... Congratulations .... You have been truly unspeakable ..... Prezzo ok. Anche gentili che non guasta mai. Grazie Opening hours fully respected (indeed 2 minutes in advance). Phone delivered at 9.09am and picked up as promised after exactly 2 hours. Excellent service. Price ok. Even kind which never hurts. Thank you
