DICO SOLO CHE MI HANNO PRESO SOLDI DALLA CARTA PER UN CONTRATTO SBAGLIATO DA LORO E HO DOVUTO METTERE L' AVVOCATO PER RIAVERE I MIEI SOLDI.
VISTO CHE VI SIETE DEGNATI DI RISPONDERE POTEVATE RIACCREDITARE I MIEI SOLDI. SICCOME SONO DI ROMA NON SO SE TORNO A CREMONA MA SE TORNO SARA' CON IL MIO AVVOCATO. A GIORNI VI ARRIVERÀ LA LETTERA. BUON LAVORO SE SEMPRE NE SIETE CAPACI DI FARLO.
INCOMPETENT STAFF !!
I ONLY SAY THAT THEY TAKEN MONEY FROM MY CARD FOR A WRONG CONTRACT FROM THEM AND I HAD TO PUT THE LAWYER TO RECEIVE MY MONEY.
SINCE YOU WERE DEED TO ANSWER YOU COULD RE-CREDIT MY MONEY. AS I AM FROM ROME I DON'T KNOW IF I WILL GO BACK TO CREMONA BUT IF I COME BACK I WILL BE WITH MY LAWYER. EVERY DAY THE LETTER WILL ARRIVE. GOOD WORK IF YOU ARE ALWAYS ABLE TO DO IT.

Prezzi altissimi , quando fai un contratto non ti dicono niente per i vincoli che hai e scopri tutto quando devi disdire il contratto della linea fissa
Addirittura mi hanno chiesto 350 euro per la disdetta del contratto

Very high prices, when you make a contract they don't tell you anything about the constraints you have and you find out everything when you have to cancel the fixed line contract
They even asked me for 350 euros for the cancellation of the contract

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella e non zero solo per poter inserire la recensione. Dovevate chiamarmi martedì e dirmi se finalmente potevo attivare wind family con relativo passaggio da altro operatore. Siamo a venerdì e niente inoltre sono giorni che provo a chiamare e non rispondete. Ho capito mi rivolgerò ad un altro negozio.
I put a star and not zero just to put the review. You had to call me Tuesday and tell me if I could finally activate wind family with relative passage from another operator. We are on Fridays and nothing in addition are days that I try to call and do not answer. I understand I will go to another store.

Impeccable service! The store manager is exceptional: professional, kind, understanding, she anticipated my requests and understood my needs (even when I couldn't explain myself!). Definitely deserved 5 stars!
