Le commesse sono cortesi e professionali, mi hanno consigliato diversi prodotti quasi tutti azzeccati.
I love the herbal chain, discovered when it opened in the Cremona Po shopping center. The shop is small but no products are missing.
The orders are courteous and professional, they recommended several products, almost all of which were spot on.

I prodotti sono un marchio di garanzia e per una famiglia come la mia che soffre di problemi di dermatiti e pelli delicate, "L' Erbolario" è davvero l'unica risposta.
Ringrazio particolarmente la signora Federica che mi ha consigliato molto bene nella scelta di creme adatte al mio tipo di pelle; Un'ulteriore gentilezza è stata l'offrirci in omaggio numerosi campioncini, alcuni anche parecchio corposi.
Ormai effettuo la mia spesa annuale in fatto di cosmesi all'Erbolario e nonostante i prezzi medio-alti, ho un riscontro effettivo.
Un'altra nota positiva e che consiglio a tutti di richiedere, è la tessera fedeltà (non cartacea) che permette di ricevere un buono da 10 euro su una spesa minima di 25 euro, ogni 10 punti di spesa (un punto per ogni 10 euro spesi)!
The shop itself is very well stocked, tidy and beautiful to look at.
The products are a guarantee and for a family like mine that suffers from dermatitis and delicate skin problems, "L 'Erbolario" is really the only answer.
I particularly thank Mrs. Federica who recommended me very well in the choice of creams suited to my skin type; A further kindness was the offering of numerous samples, some even quite substantial.
I now do my annual cosmetic shopping at the Erbolario and despite the medium-high prices, I have an effective response.
Another positive note and that I recommend everyone to request, is the loyalty card (not paper) that allows you to receive a 10 euro voucher for a minimum purchase of 25 euros, every 10 spending points (one point for every 10 euros spent)!

La signora Denise in questione non per niente simpatica Stata asfissiante , sopratutto per la mia figlia di 12 anni che voleva un profumo…mettendola in difficoltà standogli addosso, senza poter decidere in autonomia , dicendoci che per lei ci sono solo due tipi di profumi!!!! Praticamente siamo state obbligate a prendere quello !! Senza avere la possibilità di guardare e sentire altri !!! Allora scrivete un cartello alla porta no self-service!!!!! Brutta esperienza
One star only for the saleswoman!
