E quando telefoni per chiarire...ci sono troppi clienti in negozio prova un altra volta...?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho avuto la malaugurata idea di andare da loro per cambiare il contratto in uno piu' economico. risultato dopo 2 mesi continuo a non pagare la cifra da loro comunicata cioe' 29,90 io adesso pago come prima 49,70 in piu' il cellulare e' aumentato di 5 euro mensili, ho dovuto cambiare il modem con altre spese e adesso mi dicono che non possono fare nulla . Io capisco l'incompetenza dei giovani ma la proprietaria mi sembra peggio.Non solo ho perso tempo e soldi , ma adesso devo fare ulteriori pratiche per ritornare a prima. Non ho parole.

Io sono venuta da voi a novembre 2021 fatto tutte le pratiche inerenti al canone inferiore. adesso mese di febbraio io ricevo da sempre le fatture MENSILI con la spesa maggirata ai 49,70 che pagavo prima. sono venuta da voi a gennaio e mi avete detto che se volevo l'avreste cambiata ma occorreva un mese di tempo. MA NE SONO PASSATI3 DI MESI COSA STATE DICENDO?
