Mi dispiace molto dare una stella perché era uno dei miei negozi preferiti ed é molto ben fornito.
Solo che i venditori dovrebbero ricordare che tra l'altro in un mondo pieno di concorrenza (non sono di certo l'unico negozio di casalinghi ben assortito) l'umiltà e la gentilezza sono importanti.
Ho fatto molti acquisti presso di loro ma nel momento in cui ho dovuto effettuare un cambio (tra l'altro perché il prodotto preso era fallato) ho fatto un giro del negozio per decidere cosa prendere in cambio e la proprietaria mi ha esortato a sbrigarmi dicendomi che era molto indaffarata e aveva da fare...
Aggiungo che il negozio era vuoto ...ero l'unica cliente in quel momento.
Oltretutto il prodotto che ho comprato ed era fallato era per natale quindi dopo non mi serviva nemmeno piu ...e visto che era danneggiato la signora doveva ringraziare già che non ho chiesto direttamente i soldi indietro visto che l'errore è stato il loro.
Avrei anche potuto farlo ma non l'ho fatto perché io capisco che sono cose che succedono e sono stata gentile... mi dispiace che non si possa dire lo stesso per loro.
CHOOSE THE SELLERS WHO REALLY KNOW HOW TO DO WITH THE CUSTOMERS THAT THE WORLD IS FULL OF BEAUTIFUL SHOPS.
I am very sorry to give a star because it was one of my favorite shops and is very well stocked.
Except that sellers should remember that among other things in a world full of competition (I'm certainly not the only well-stocked homeware store) humility and kindness are important.
I made a lot of purchases from them but when I had to make a change (among other things because the product I bought was faulty) I took a tour of the store to decide what to take in exchange and the owner urged me to hurry by telling me who was very busy and had to do ...
I add that the shop was empty ... I was the only customer at that time.
Moreover, the product I bought and it was flawed was for Christmas so after I didn't even need it anymore ... and since it was damaged the lady had to thank already that I didn't ask for the money back directly since the mistake was theirs.
I also could have done it but I didn't because I understand that these things happen and I have been kind ... I'm sorry you can't say the same for them.
