Una delle due ragazze stava servendo, l'altra, purtroppo, è stata interrotta da me mentre chiacchierava con un'amica. Si è palesemente (con tanto di occhi al cielo) scocciata del fatto che le avessi chiesto se, cortesemente, mi potesse servire, tanto che, con la sua ulteriore maleducazione nel darmi spiegazioni circa un telefono, mi è veramente scappata la voglia di fare compere lì. Tant'è che, cinque minuti dopo, ho acquistato lo stesso apparecchio al MediaWorld e pagandolo anche meno!
Non è per i €10 di differenza, è davvero un peccato che il personale, specialmente così giovane, si dimostri scortese e poco disponibile con chi, in fin dei conti, paga loro lo stipendio. Non è facile il rapporto con il pubblico, io lavoro al contatto con la gente da oltre 25 anni, ma l'educazione e la cortesia sono la prima cosa.

One of the two girls was serving, the other, unfortunately, was interrupted by me while chatting with a friend. She was clearly (with a lot of eyes in the sky) annoyed that I asked her if, politely, she could help me, so much so that, with her further rudeness in giving me explanations about a phone, I really lost the desire to shop there. So much so that, five minutes later, I bought the same device at MediaWorld and paid even less!
It is not because of the € 10 difference, it is really a shame that the staff, especially so young, are rude and not very helpful with those who, in the end, pay their salary. The relationship with the public is not easy, I have been working in contact with people for over 25 years, but education and courtesy are the first thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È il mio centro tim di fiducia.. mi hanno risolto un problema che mi ha causato un altro centro tim( evito di fare il nome) e da quella volta sono sempre venuta qui e mi sono sempre trovata bene con ognuno di loro. Il personale è molto competente e preparato e , non meno importante , hanno sempre il sorriso.
Lo consiglio a tutti...non ve ne pentirete.
It is my center of trust .. I have solved a problem that caused me another tim center (I avoid making the name) and since then I have always come here and I have always felt good with each of them. The staff is very competent and prepared and, not least, they always have a smile.
I recommend it to everyone ... you won't regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci tengo a precisare che questa recensione non è riferita ai ragazzi in quanto sono stati veramente gentili pazienti e disponibili ma è una recensione negativa per il negozio.
Non esiste privacy. Tu parli con loro e attorno a te ci sono tutti gli altri clienti che si impicciano dei fatti tuoi perché non aspettano dietro ma"giustamente" si mettono di fianco a te. Saltano la fila perché dicono che stavano facendo la fila da un altro lato del negozio (e quindi per non discutere l ho fatto passare) .
I ragazzi ce la mettono tutta per evitare questa situazione ma il fatto di non avere privacy è un po' una pecca.
Ci tornerò sicuro ma solo perché ho trovato persone preparate e gentili.
I want to clarify that this review is not related to the boys as they were really kind and patient patients but it is a negative review for the store.
There is no privacy. You talk to them and around you there are all the other customers who are busy with your own business because they do not wait behind but "rightly" put themselves next to you. They skip the line because they say they were queuing from another side of the store (so I did not discuss it).
The boys do their best to avoid this situation, but the fact of not having privacy is a bit 'a flaw.
I will be back safe but only because I found people prepared and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è assolutamente consigliato. Soprattutto per la professionalità e la competenza dei dipendenti. Dopo innumerevoli telefonate al 187 mi sono recato qui dove mi ha accolto Vincenzo. Ha ascoltato con pazienza la problematica e ha immediatamente capito quale era il problema e come poterlo risolvere. Soprattutto mi ha spiegato che opzioni avevamo a disposizione e che passaggi stavamo intraprendendo. Sapere con chi ti stai interfacciando, avere una persona che segue la tua richiesta e averla come riferimento non ha prezzo. Può sembrare che un call centre possa dare maggiore flessibilità e velocità ma in realtà non è affatto così. Piuttosto che passare ore e ore al telefono e comunque non risolvere nulla, a conti fatti è meglio aspettare uno o due giorni per recarsi in questo negozio alla prima occasione. Complimenti, soprattutto a Vincenzo. E' scontato dire che questo è diventato il mio centro TIM di riferimento.
The shop is highly recommended. Especially for the professionalism and competence of the employees. After countless phone calls to 187 I went here where Vincenzo welcomed me. He listened patiently to the problem and immediately understood what the problem was and how to solve it. Above all, he explained to me what options we had available and what steps we were taking. Knowing who you are interfacing with, having a person following your request and having them as a reference is priceless. It may seem that a call center can give you more flexibility and speed but in reality this is not the case at all. Rather than spending hours on the phone and still not solving anything, on balance it is better to wait a day or two to go to this shop at the first opportunity. Congratulations, especially to Vincenzo. It goes without saying that this has become my TIM center of reference.
