Anche in caso di assistenza per il decoder TIM (al contrario di altri negozi) ho trovato massima disponibilità! I activated the DAZN offer and the landline in this shop and I was very happy with it, I must commend the simplicity in explaining the offer and the procedures for activation. Even in case of assistance for the TIM decoder (unlike other shops) I found maximum availability!

Personale molto gentile peccato Non si riesca assolutamente a contattarli telefonicamente, due giorni di chiamate ma non rispondono, mi sono dovuto recare di persona percorrendo, inutilmente, 20 km per poi non trovare il prodotto offerto da Tim perché sprovvisti, a quel punto, mentre ancora sono all'interno del centro Tim ad alba, chiamo telefonicamente il centro Tim di San Damiano d'Asti e la risposta è immediata. Negative review. Very nice staff too bad It is absolutely impossible to contact them by phone, two days of calls but they do not answer, I had to go in person traveling, uselessly, 20 km and then not find the product offered by Tim because at that point they lacked, while they are still inside. from the Tim center in dawn, I call the Tim center in San Damiano d'Asti by telephone and the answer is immediate.

Io sono stata servita da Stefano mentre il suo collega Luca serviva un altro cliente con altrettanta attenzione. Stefano ha risolto velocemente il mio problema che altri negozi a cui mi ero rivolta non erano stati in grado di risolvere. Consiglio perché sono davvero bravissimi! I went to this TIM shop because it is in the center of Alba. All the staff were super nice, professional and helpful. I was served by Stefano while his colleague Luca served another customer with equal attention. Stefano quickly solved my problem that other shops I had contacted had not been able to solve. I recommend because they are really good!
