Telefono come nuovo, ad un prezzo più che onesto , professionalità e gentilezza. Mi hanno anche applicato un vetro temprato gratuitamente. Assolutamente consigliato. I turned to these guys because I had the phone broken and they were able to solve my problem in just 2 hours! Telephone as new, at a more than honest price, professionalism and kindness. La riparazione è di qualità sopraffina, i profili coincidono, il touchscreen funziona alla perfezione. E poi, da ciò che ricordo, ho portato il telefono, ho chiesto di ritirarlo ad una determinata ora e loro l'hanno fatto trovare pronto. Bravi e competenti! Attesa di giorni (nonostante una specificata urgenza) senza alcuna risposta per poi scoprire, a un mia ennesima richiesta, che non avrebbero riparato il mio dispositivo. Se non li avessi contattati ripetutamente, probabilmente sarei ancora qua ad aspettare. E pensare che avrebbero semplicemente dovuto riferirmi la disponibilità del pezzo e le tempistiche per il suo eventuale rifornimento... Very poor customer support, very unprofessional. Waiting for days (despite a specified urgency) without any response and then discovering, at my umpteenth request, that they would not have repaired my device. E come aveva detto qualcun altra persona nelle recensioni i tempi di riparazioni sono lunghi . IPhone XS screen repair last year. Paid handsomely and screen life one year.
