Ma dopo una discussione con il commesso ( credo ) che mi ha quasi maltratta perche i pantaloni portati per ricambio avevano qualche pelo di mio gatto... Io gli ho chiesto scusa non sapevo,visto che sono stati provati poi riportati . ( Succede con animali in casa)...ma niente voleva a tutti i costi dire la sua.. Delusa...le ragazze di solito sono molto disponibili. Sono incinta quindi sono molto sensibile e sta cosa non riesco ancora a digerire From today I was a customer ... Con un comportamento del genere si possono solo perdere clienti. Peccato che non si possa dire lo stesso del responsabile, maleducato e scortese. Ho trovato una discrepanza tra prezzi sito e prezzi negozi, la Sig.ra molto gentile mi ha chiesto di tornare, ha chiamato un altro negozio per capire come comportarsi, lui, un arrogante maleducato, mi ha inviato a comprare sul sito, tanto i soldi arrivano sempre all’azienda (detto da lui) e alla frase “ a me non interessa…”(mentre era a telefono con un altro negozio, rivolgendosi a me) ho lasciato il negozio. Dispiace per il marchio, essendo cliente affezionata da anni e per la Sig.ra. Comprerò sul sito o a Torino, dove sicuramente sapranno fidelizzare un cliente meglio di Lei caro Signore responsabile.
