Mi sono recato due volte a questo centro TIM per riattivare una sim dopo aver subito un furto. Non solo mi sono state date informazioni poche chiare ed esaurienti sul processo da seguire, ma il dipendente si è dimostrato totalmente indisponibile a bloccare la sim, dicendomi che l'unico modo per fare ciò era chiamare personalmente il 119, quando invece andando in un altro centro TIM mi è stato offerto di farlo direttamente in negozio, cosa ovvia avendo a che fare con operatori TIM. La seconda volta che mi sono recato al negozio invece un altro commesso, sicuramente più disponibile del precedentemente citato, è stato comunque incapace di aiutarmi in quanto "dopo le 17 l'operatore non è più attivo" in un negozio che il pomeriggio apre alle 16 e chiude alle 20 ma in cui apparentemente dalle 17 in poi il personale si trova lì per girarsi i pollici. Sconsiglio totalmente. Inefficient, incompetent, unavailable, irritating, incapable, useless staff! I went to this TIM center twice to reactivate a sim after suffering a theft. Not only was I given little clear and comprehensive information on the process to follow, but the employee proved totally unwilling to block the sim, telling me that the only way to do this was to personally call 119, when instead going to another TIM center I was offered to do it directly in the shop, which is obvious having to do with TIM operators. The second time I went to the shop, on the other hand, another clerk, certainly more helpful than the previously mentioned, was still unable to help me as "after 5pm the operator is no longer active" in a shop that opens at 4pm in the afternoon and it closes at 8pm but apparently from 5pm onwards the staff are there to twist their thumbs. I totally advise against it.
