★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meritatissime 5 stelle! Mi sono recata in qs centro perché in quello a me più vicino ovvero Gallarate c è sempre troppa attesa...impossibile davvero....mi sono trovata benissimo! Il ragazzo è preparato, onesto e molto professionale! Complimenti!!!

Personale preparato e gentile.
Solo 1 nota di "demerito"...Marika ha tentato tutto il tempo di appiopparmi un A70 :-) ma alla fine sono riuscito nell'intento di prendere un A50 con annessi accessori!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schifata! Ieri per una riduzione da micro sim a nano sim ho pagato 15 euro senza scontrino.
Oggi contattando il sevizio clienti Tim mi hanno comunicato che il taglio è gratuito.
A me 15 euro non cambiano la vita, probabilmente al ragazzino che ha effettuato la riduzione della stessa si.
Ma non è corretto per il consumatore finale.
Disgusted! Yesterday for a reduction from micro sim to nano sim I paid 15 euros without a receipt.
Today, by contacting the customer service Tim, they informed me that the cut is free.
To me 15 euros do not change life, probably to the boy who made the reduction of the same yes.
But it is not correct for the end consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antonio, col suo sorriso e la sua gentilezza è riuscito a risolvermi un problema che mi portavo da molto tempo..bastato fare 2 chiamate e una lavorazione al loro portale ed è riuscito senza intoppi..ammirato anche dal fatto che mentre lavorava sul mio problema, allo stesso tempo gestiva altre pratiche. Tanta voglia di fare e tanta gentilezza.
Dopo vari centri tim finalmente trovato quello giusto con personale qualificato. Bravo
Unico problema. Troppa coda con pochi addetti

Ho chiamato il centro commerciale per chiedere se il negozio Tim era aperto ei hanno detto sì è aperto ma che non rispondono mai al telefono. Quindi se uno ha bisogno che deve fare? E non ditemi che devo venire in negozio lo so anch'io ma prima di venire avrei bisogno di informazioni visto che non è la prima volta che mi rivolgo a voi è mi dite di chiamare il 187 quindi vorreo evitare viaggi a vuoto
