Avevo concordato la sostituzione con un display originale ma il fornitore gli ha preventivato e inviato un display compatibile e di qualità inferiore. Gli segnalo il problema e con estrema correttezza me lo sostituisce senza neppure chiedermi la differenza, riconoscendo che è stato un suo errore. Davvero encomiabile. Bravo Roberto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un Pc usato da loro. Roberto molto gentile. Arrivato a casa mi accorgo che il masterizzatore non viene espulso ( a mio avviso non c'era proprio il masterizzatore ) Parlo con il titolare che mi dice sia impossibile... Torno in negozio ( non vicino per me ) ed effettivamente mi era stato venduto senza il masterizzatore...
Sistemato torno in negozio a distanza di altri giorni e riprenderlo.
Ora a distanza di alcuni mesi ho ancora problemi di software e il titolare è scomparso e non risponde ne al telefono ne ai messaggi...

Il titolare ha risposto ai miei Whatsapp e si è subito reso disponibile per sistemare l'errore software, risolto in pochi minuti da remoto. Si è scusato per il ritardo ma è in corso un trasferimento di sede.
Rivaluto positivamente Roberto (titolare) per la correttezza.

I bought a used PC from them. Roberto very kind. Arriving home I realize that the burner is not ejected (in my opinion there was no burner at all) I talk to the owner who tells me it is impossible ... I go back to the shop (not near for me) and it was actually sold to me without the burner ...
Fixed I go back to the store after other days and take it back.
Now after a few months I still have software problems and the owner has disappeared and does not answer the phone or messages ...

The owner replied to my Whatsapps and immediately made himself available to fix the software error, which was solved remotely in a few minutes. He apologized for the delay but a relocation is in progress.
I positively reevaluate Roberto (owner) for correctness.
