La Commessa SUSY oltre a soddisfare chiaramente ogni mio dubbio è stata oltremodo gentile. Ritengo sia preparatissima. Credo sia un ottimo centro ben fornito. Pertanto ho deciso di comprare qui un iphone. Bravi

Veramente gentile e cortese mi ha mostrato i vari modelli ha capito le mie esigenze e ha inciso moltissimo sulla scelta del mio acquisto. Complimenti i venditori dovrebbero essere tutti così

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ricevuto per Natale un paio di cuffie Bluetooth acquistate in questo negozio, con le quali ho avuto qualche problema, motivo per cui munita di scontrino due settimane dopo ho spiegato la situazione a Mauro che ha subito provveduto a fare richiesta per il reso. Nonostante io non andassi di fretta, quando Susy ha preso ''a cuore'' la situazione, dopo un giro infinito di telefonate e chissà quante mail inviate finalmente è riuscita a riordinare le stesse cuffie che fra poco saranno nelle mie mani. Grazie Susy, per la disponibilità, l'interesse e l'assistenza costante, e anche per la tua sincera gentilezza che ad oggi non è da tutti!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30.06.2021: dopo una bruttissima esperienza di furto del cellulare, giungo al centro TIM per sostituire la scheda. 2 h di viaggio allucinante nei meandri della TIM ( tra Bucarest ed Italia). Ma io avevo - per fortuna mia - un'ottima NAVIGATOR, che con pazienza ( nei miei confronti) e grande maestria mi ha guidato fuori con il mio nuovo telefono. GRAZIE PAOLA
30.06.2021: after a very bad experience of cell phone theft, I come to the TIM center to replace the card. 2 hours of hallucinatory travel in the meanders of the TIM (between Bucharest and Italy).
