Esperienza drammatica! 3 mesi e mezzo di mail, telefonate e passaggi in negozio per sentirsi sempre rispondere la stessa cosa: “abbiamo aperto il ticket e tra 48 ore é tutto risolto”…. Il risultato finale é stato pagare per un servizio mai avuto e alla fine CAMBIARE OPERATORE!
Una vergogna.
Too bad not being able to give 0 stars. Dramatic experience! 3 and a half months of e-mails, phone calls and visits to the store to always hear the same answer: “we opened the ticket and in 48 hours everything is solved”…. The end result was paying for a service you never had and eventually CHANGING OPERATOR!
A shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio anzi direi inesistente . La maleducazione contraddistingue questo negozio , alzano la voce e si permettono di offendere andando sul personale . Fosse per me suggerirei a tutti di non mettere piede lì dentro . PESSIMI .
Bad service indeed I would say non-existent. Rudeness distinguishes this shop, they raise their voices and allow themselves to offend by going personal. If it were up to me I would suggest everyone not to set foot in there. BAD.

Bad, I agree with other people. The rudeness in this shop goes beyond any layout. Miss should not only be reported to TIM, but fired. Knowing other shops in San Giovanni, at this point I prefer to take a longer route. Never again...
