★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per sapere se facevano assistenza per gli auricolari airpods. "Non c'è problema, anzi per guadagnare tempo le porti al ns. punto vendita in viale Europa così guadagna qualche giorno di tempo". Andato in viale Europa scopro che NON facevano assistenza per un prodotto che non vendono (faccio presente che al telefono ho BEN specificato che avevo comprato le airpods al negozio Tim di via del corso).
Mi dispiace mettere una stella per di più in un posto dove fisicamente non sono mai entrato ma il mio tempo ha un VALORE, e non sono più disposto a passare sopra agli errori delle persone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentili (come tutti) solo per venderti il contratto qualsiasi esso sia dopodiché puoi anche morire .... tornata per chiedere spiegazioni e delucidazioni non sono stata trattata bene, neanche con maleducazione ci mancherebbe ma , la loro risposta è stata: ma è tutto facile non ti può aiutare un vicino?!cioè! Assurdo. E come me c'era una fila di gente fuori con gli stessi problemi. E vabbe mi hanno vista una volta non mi vedono più. Alla fine ci ha dovuto pensare un parente ingegnere a modificare con uno sdoppiatore l'antenna e prolungare a mano un altro cavo! Se secondo voi è facile!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 sono il massimo di stelle che posso dare alla professionalità e disponibilità dei ragazzi di questo centro tim ma se potessi dare di più Ogni volta è una conferma sempre sorridenti e disponibili e puntuali nel dispensare consigli e proposte adatte come oggi che sono entrata in negozio x una semplice informazione e ne sono uscita felice con un nuovo telefono e con i profili tariffari delle figlie opportunamente modificati secondo le proprie esigenze. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina ho rappresentato un problema telefonico Tim e quindi sono andato appositamente nel negozio tim per questo, non sono andato in un negozio multibrand….la risposta? Non sono mica un meccanico ….?? scusi…. Ma sull’insegna del negozio c’è scritto TIM …. Io ho una linea tim… se non me lo risolve lei il problema, o quanto meno non mi sta a sentire che ci sta a fare li????

This morning I represented a Tim phone problem and so I specifically went to the tim shop for it, I didn't go to a multi-brand shop…. The answer? I'm not a mechanic…. Excuse me…. But TIM is written on the shop sign .... I have a tim line ... if she doesn't solve the problem for me, or at least I don't want to hear what she is doing there ????

Sono passato lunedì mattina per cambiare l'iban del conto che avevo registrato per l'addebito dato che ho chiuso il conto corrente vecchio, il PC dava diversi errori e la ragazza molto gentilmente si è segnata il mio numero di telefono dicendomi che avrebbe provato a cambiarlo in giornata e mi avrebbe contattato per dirmi l'esito della pratica.
Sono passati tre giorni e nessuno mi ha più chiamato, inoltre sto provando a chiamare da almeno due giorni (senza esagerare avrò fatto 45 telefonate) e non rispondono neanche a pagarli!
