Mi sono recata nel negozio per sostituire la sim fastweb dopo il furto del telefono. La commessa lì presente mi ha trattata in modo scortese e non è stata in grado di attivare la linea telefonica e intanto faceva battute fuori luogo dimostrando tutta la sua incompetenza. Mi sono dovuta rivolgere al servizio assistenza fastweb per avere la linea telefonica. È vergognoso che in un punto fastweb non siano in grado di attivare una linea telefonica.
THEY DO A LITTLE OF EVERYTHING AND THEY DO IT VERY BAD.
I went to the store to replace the fastweb sim after the phone was stolen. The saleswoman present there treated me in a rude way and was not able to activate the telephone line and in the meantime she made inappropriate jokes demonstrating all her incompetence. I had to contact the fastweb assistance service to get the telephone line. It is shameful that in a fastweb point they are not able to activate a telephone line.
