Ha un grosso problema: è troppo disponibile (adddirittura aiuta gli incapaci anche a "settare" i cellulari o a copiare le foto dal cellulare alla scheda di memoria o cose simili...), ma è solo e non riesce a far fronte alla numerosa clientela che è sempre in troppo lunga attesa, per cui perde molti potenziali clienti.
